I paint furniture and have been in your Orland Park store on Harlem, a few times. There is a young guy who's name is Tyler, and he is AWESOME!! He is knowledgeable as he is friendly!! Good for you Benjamin Moore! Hang on to this gem by giving him a raise!!! He certainly deserves one.

This location is the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been to around 4 and this one has the best staff. The ladies here are EXTREMELY friendly & genuinly good people. They’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and overall 10/10 experience whenever I shop here

I've been painting for over 30yrs & have certain expectations when it comes to my selected stores demeanor. These guys have ALL exceeded my expectations every visit. I live an hour away & prefer to drive to the orland location. Thank you for all you do over there

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Helped me figure out my project and get me exactly what i needed. Then staff gave a good explanation on application of the product. Very helpful and thorough.

I've been to many different JC Licht stores in my time with Benjamin Moore; I can undoubtedly say that the Orland Park Team embodies "Make it happen!" From paint to wallpaper, and more, this store has continually made it happen from my smaller scale projects to my bigger ones.I can always rely on this store to get what I need in a fast and reliable manner - and always with a personal touch!Keep making it happen for us!

Horrible service. At first they’re all great and accommodating and promise the world and when the product comes in(mind you, it was not as described and agreed upon). I believe her name is Clare. Highly disappointed and will def NOT recommend to anyone I know and neither should you(The incredible and beautiful reader of this post)!

Mark Carlassare was awesome. He came in with some great recommendations and helped us decide what would not only function the best for our new house, but also look best from the street view, which we hadn’t considered. He was also very transparent about which options were pricier and why, and checked/double checked everything when it was time to put the order in. Definitely recommend Mark!
