My experience with their service department was not one I care to experience again. I asked that they check an issue with the display on my vehicle and provide me with an estimate. After doing so, they caused the display to not be able to power off completely that factored in with my battery dying out over night. I was told I would be compensated for the road side assistance cost (I provided the receipt), but never was compensated.

Having a loaner car is great. Service people are so nice. They give you back a washed car.

Very unhappy with the Rizza service department was there many times with my vehicle never good service. I had to get a new motor in my car that was 2 1/2 years old. And now I bought brand new tires there and there’s a rim leak because rims on 2 tires because rims not properly prepared.The service manager Dave won’t even return my call he NEVER does he is the worst .I will never ever buy another vehicle there.

Best Ford/ Lincoln dealership in our area. The sales team is attentive and understood what I was looking for. There was no pressure and everything was explained and reviewed with me.I took possession of my new SUV immediately and finance was effortless. Rizza also has the ABSOLUTE BEST Service department.

The buying process was easy it's the service department I'm having issues with. 3 times I've tried to bring my Lincoln in for service and get a loaner and 3 times I have not been able to. Lincoln offers a pick up and drop off service and in the beginning I had no issues getting that service but unfortunately things have changed. I was told when I purchased the car that if I'm willing to drive to Orland Pork to purchase the car they would be willing to drop off a loaner to Crown Point where I now live. My check engine light went on and they told me I could have a loaner in 3 weeks or I could rent a car and pay for it. One time they picked up my car at work, texted me what time they would drop off my car and an hour later they called stating there was nobody to bring my car back so it was 3 days before I could get my car back. I called a Lincoln dealer by me and they are picking up my car and dropping off a car within 4 days of me calling them. I've never been there before but they were more than happy to help me out. I will definitely be buying my next car at Art Hill since I already know their service department is willing to help me out in a time of need.

Bought a 2020 ram online for over $47,000.00, was told it would be delivered 1-2 days after final paperwork was completed by sales person named John, It’s been 7 days since they received my check with completed paperwork, no truck, no reasonable explanation after several conversations other than problems with 3rd party delivery, , and he (John) would let me know when THEY picked it up. Poor communication/ poor service, typical reasons why car dealerships and salespeople have such pitiful reputations.

I always take my car there for service and oil changes. Much better than the drive in places at nearly the same cost. Very satisfied.

Jpoe Rizza and his staff treat their Lincoln owners very well. I own bot a Lincoln and a Ford. I would love to see the priority lincoln service extended to the Ford owners. Even if it cost a little more

I was unhappy with the sale person. At the beginning he was really happy that I considered Joe Rizza and willing to do anything., When I made the decision to purchase attitude changed lets hurry and get the deal over, no complete summary of how items work in the car, and was told if you have any questions call the concierge and they will explain. I felt that was something he should have done.I have not even received a call to see if I like the car or if I am having any issues.If this is the way they treats their customers I will not return and consider taking my car to another dealer to be serviced!
