I have been shopping at Kay's for over 15 years. I must say Jeremy at the Orland Square Mall is such amazing sale person!!! Jeremy always remember what I love when it comes to me and my husband taste in jewelry. Jeremy customer service is very outgoing!!!

I went to two other stores before meeting Ms Benita and none of them provided the service like she did. She understands superior customer service and her attitude is wonderful. She knows we could have gone anywhere else, but she was happy to have her come in to shop. I will be back to see her and I know we will find something to purchase. Go see Ms Benita if you stop by. I have been coming to this Kay’s for years and it’s definitely been going down hill. I went in today to get my 6 month check up on my 3 rings I have. I went to stand at the register stood for about 4-5mins before someone came to help me. Mind you there were 3 workers helping people and 3 behind those people on their phones. When I lady finally came to help me she walks to me and says “ What do you want “. It took me a second to process the attitude I was getting and finally told the women I need my 6 month check up on my rings. While she was helping me I told her that I need my one ring resized. I got yet more attitude from the lady at this point. My husband joined me at this point and I was talking to him and the manger over hear and had asked what had happen wasn’t listening to a word I said and kept digging in the glass where I was standing. Let me tell you I WILL NEVER BE BACK To this LOCATION.
