When I tell you the staff at this location we're the absolute best I mean it! They all had excellent customer service skills and were extremely professional, pleasant, and thorough. Each one of the three ladies were welcoming and helpful. Kudos ladies on a job well done! Thank you.

I took one star off because of finding Labcorp. I circled the whole parking lot to finally found Labcorp behind. The blood drawing experience is far better than Quest Diagnostics. I have a trypanophobia. Christina is very sweet and gentle in blood drawing. I will come back again .

Wow - I almost cancelled my visit here today after reading the reviews yesterday. My experience was amazing.
Person at the front desk was great. Upbeat, joking - awesome!
Person that drew blood was friendly, did it well - amazing!
I was literally in and out in probably 3 minutes.
Everything was 100% great!
Updated Nov 2024-2nd visit 3 months later was the same great experience!

I went in for a pre employment drug test and the experience was amazing. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. James was the employee that took me in right away. I am telling you this guy has the best attitude I have ever seen at a clinic. His upbeat personality and his jokes make everything run smoothly. If you have to get work done at this clinic, make sure James takes care of you.

The guy that the front desk was upbeat and pleasant toward me. The woman that drew my blood was nice also. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I wish I had looked at reviews before coming here. It would've saved a lot of tears.
My 3 year old needed a finger stick lead test done for his pre school physical. The guy came in saying they needed to do a full blood draw. When I pressed him saying my son's doctor said this was only a finger stick he said "well, your doctor lied." Extremely unprofessional!
Then the real disaster began. He couldn't see a vein on my son's arm but decided it was a good idea to just wing it instead of stopping or getting someone else. He dug around my son's arm trying to find a vein while my son screamed in pain. Never found it. He finally did get someone else to try his second arm and she seemed more competent and compassionate, and told me that they didn't do finger/heel sticks there. At least that was the truth, and she's not trying to say my doctor lied to me. The second arm was still a terrible experience. They did get blood but very little and I'm very concerned that they will just say it's not enough for a reading and my toddler will have had this terrible experience for no reason at all.
I'm still completely convinced they didn't read the order right and were doing a full blood panel instead of just telling me that they don't do lead testing there.
Unprofessional, very confusing, they unnecessarily hurt my son as a result of their incompetence. I regret wholeheartedly not leaving as soon as I felt like they were doing the wrong test.

Please please don’t come here. Needed a drug test done for school and the staff was so rude and were not professional at all. I can hear them in the back talking and swearing multiple times. Truly such a horrible experience. Wish I read the reviews before coming here because clearly this isn’t the first time.

Absolutely garbage service. They messed up my labs and didn’t bother calling me or nothing. Went today and was given the same lie as last time “our systems are down”. Horrible customer service, the one in Tinley Park is so much better and the people are much nicer. I’d rather go do a blood draw in the back of a dark alley in the middle of the night than come back to this place.

This place was nice before but now the new staff makes it a horrible experience. You could hear the rude comments they make while sitting in the lobby. I'm not sure if they know but it's comical that I hear the rude comments and then ask me "what's up" as if I never checked in nor heard them.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. To start, the place smells horrible. The Mexican girl in the front doesn’t want to do anything except sit on her butt; she didn’t want to check me in. There was an older man who needed help checking in on the virtual computer, and she told him to just follow the screen because she didn’t know how to do it instead of helping him. The lady doing my drug test had an attitude and was completely unorganized. I will never be back here. Horrible place; stay away.

I’m a physician and I had to take my family member for labs. The labs are basic ones and were supposed to be done in 24 to 48 hours. I have not received the results yet I had to pay cash because they would not accept our health insurance. I have called multiple times, sent them multiple emails with no response. The lady who was available on Saturday was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’ve been talking with my colleagues, and they call this “ labcrap” for a reason. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic. I hope someday they get sued and learn a lesson not to play with patient’s health ?????
