This Bank isn't looking to good on my list... ill get more into what happened if noone reaches out to me.I don't appreciate theft. Nor do I appreciate my own bank denying theft charges.

Very unprofessional business and also a very unprofessional teller that I had the opportunity to speak with. when I enter the bank she instantly says how can I help you. so I proceed up to the counter in which the teller is standing I continue to ask her if I can have change for the hundred dollar bill that I have in my hand. she proceeds to tell me know before I can even get out my sentence fully. I tell her my manager always comes here to get change for the business. and then she proceeds to tell you asked me which business and I tell her. Then she responds with, "no, I haven't heard of that business and I don't know who you're talking about" she proceeds to walk away which I find very distasteful. I will not be back to this bank anymore. Very very rude

I belong to this bank for Many years and every so often we get a person that goes out of their way to be helpful and nice!! Mary Walsh is a super personal banker at the bank on US 30 in Newlenox/Mokena IL she really needs a GOLD star !! What a terrific personality she has! Turned a upset customer into a smiling member for life because of this lady...Someone stop in and tell her

I signed up for overdraft protection and was under the impression that there would be no more overdraft fees with this program. However, I learned today that this program still charges an $8 fee (and the other option is $35)! Why would Marquette even make it an option for people to pay $35 when anyone is eligible to pay $8? It seems very greedy.This is very annoying because it was my first overdraft and was given no flexibility or notification. I was not able to transfer money from my savings account to my checking account by myself which would have been free. Please adopt a more flexible overdraft policy where I am notified before I am charged, so I have the opportunity to transfer my money for free.
