I came to try some jeans on, and my mom had given me them to me prior, so I go over there and greet the lady and without a hello back, she's like "Wheres the hanger?????" And Im like uh with my mom and shes like "Well you need to bring a hanger with you in case it doesnt fit so I can put it back. You needed to bring a hanger blah blah blah" and Im like okay I guess. I go in and try it on and my mom comes over to see the jeans on me and the lady loudly goes "SHE NEEDS A HANGER AND TELL HER SHES IN THE HANDICAP STALL AND THAT SHES NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THERE" and im embarrassed at this point so I just wanna get out of there as fast as possible, so I show my mom then walk out, and Im literally afraid that shes gonna berate me about being in the wrong stall when I give her the card back and shes like "Are you gonna buy them?" And as I was painfully forced to locked eyes with this demonic figure I lied to her and said yeah so that I can just leave so yeah thats how my day went. I know I shouldnt have been in the handicap one but she was SO. RUDE. Sheesh lady. Now I know not to go to the fitting rooms because I dont want to be treated like garbage.

The manager Denise L. is the rudest, and most disrespectful worker I’ve ever encountered at any store. I never had an issue at Marshall’s except at this store. Shoes that are sold at Marshall’s are not perfect or brand new and their bottom look dirty. I tried to return shoes that hurt my feet and gave me blisters after wearing them ONLY once and she refused to return them, and gave me an attitude while doing so. I understand it’s 30 min until closing but she really didn’t have to treat a loyal customer like that . I really do not recommend this location and will not be shopping at this location again.
