The attitude on the front desk people is wild.They called me an hour before my scheduled appointment and told me they had to cancel cause someone called off.This is the only massage envy that constantly does this…. Smh.

Finally found a massage therapist and esthetician that worked well as a team for me. Unfortunately, this location is horrible with scheduling!! They have mixed up and canceled my appointments on more than one occasion. Working midnights and with the line of work I'm in, I look forward to my appointments. I missed two months because of the last schedule mix up, on Massage Envy's behalf!! I arrived for my appointment today all to hear that my appointment was canceled. Even showing them the CONFIRMED text message that I would be there for my appointment! There was nothing they could do and asked me if I can come in and another day. What is the point of scheduling consecutive months and confirming when getting the reminder texts, to be asked to come in another day!?Needless to say I canceled my membership all together!! Horrible chain, look elsewhere!! For service!Utterly dissatisfied customer,Tammy Gutierrez

Go anywhere else for a couples massage. I scheduled 2 dates back in December for 2 couples massages for February. They have canceled both days before the massages and told me they can do the following dates in March! Go anywhere else!

Horrible customer service by management- Monique. Unable to accommodate clients even when the issue is from massage envy’s end. She believes because the last time I had a service at a different location it’s not her business to fix current issue that is unrelated to a specific location. Told me to call a different location for help.First time I called they hung up in my face. I would not recommend massage envy as I have had so many issues with them as a company for the smallest things such as booking, gift cards, services. Their clients are not a priority.Also unprofessional, front desk staff was having private conversation loudly when clients were within hearing ranges.Seems like they’re so desperate with staff that they are hiring anyone, fit for the job or not.Definitely will not be returning and will make sure to spread the word to NOT give massage envy business.

This location is not accommodating whatsoever especially concerning the COVID policy. We live in a world where things are out of our control and being in a customer service setting you would think the management team - Michelle - would want to take care of her customers so that they will return to take care of her associates.

This was my first, and last massage. I have been traumatized...by James the Masseuse. He repeteatedly said inipropriate commenst to me and then asked me if I "enjoyed my punishment" in the middle of the massage. Not only did he do gross and discusting things he also asked me where I wanted him to focus on and it was my back and he never once massaged my back, he focused on areas that were not appropriate.

Location is clean and well kept. David is phenomenal. They had a long line at reception so prob need to work on having more receptionists or a quicker process of getting thru folks but didn’t take too long to feel like a problem

I’ve never written a negative review in my life, but I’m so frustrated with Massage Envy that I can’t help myself. I’ve been a LONG TIME member but have recently had tremendous difficulty finding appointments for massages, which I suspect is due to staffing shortages. Because of this, I made the decision to cancel my membership. I stopped at the store and was told that only a manager could do that. I was told the manager would call me. Four days later, I had heard nothing. I called and was told that the manager wasn’t available, so they’d leave her a message. Frustrated, I emailed the general customer support team on the Massage Envy website. They responded with (paraphrasing) “we can’t help you. Every Massage Envy is independently owned and handles their own membership.” Then yesterday (SEVEN DAYS) after I stopped at the store and when I was in a meeting at work, the manager finally called. I wasn’t able to take the call. When I did call back, she had left for the day. So I called back today and she’s still not there. The receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude and said “I don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t help you.” At this point, I’m planning to dispute the charges to my credit card and submit reviews wherever I’m able. I have loved Massage Envy for many years and I’m beyond exasperated with this experience. Incredibly poor customer service and I can’t believe I’ve been treated this way.
