Had a lovely time shopping for a mattress at this location. Both of the gentlemen working at the time were very sweet individuals that really knew how to put the customer first. I personally worked with sales representative Mike Bender and boy was he a hoot. He was entertaining, super patient, and very helpful with my mattress shopping experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the right mattress for my sleeping needs in the price range I was looking for. I highly recommend working with Bender or any of the staff at this location.

This was a wonderful experience! The bedding expert who assisted me at the Orland Park East store was Mike.
Mick is definitely an asset to the company Mattress Firm. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the different types of mattress and the there support. He is extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He made this one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. The Matttess Firm has good prices. I had been shopping for mattress for some time. I'm glad I decided to go back to the Mattress Firm. I left completely satisfied with all the delivery arrangements and the price! Thanks again Mike B.!

Mike is an awesome salesperson! He is super knowledgeable and very patient and accommodating! I walked in thinking that I knew what type of mattress I needed, but Mike helped me to figure out what worked best for my sleeping style, sleep goals and my back pain. I was able to tell the subtle difference between the supportive mattress that I needed and the super soft unsupportive mattress that I was wanting. If it were not for Mike, I’d probably be in a worse situation with my back and a lot of money wasted. I appreciate the financing option of 24 months at this time and the reasonable prices. Thank you for your help.
