Maggie Barbour is the best! Not only did she get an above asking offer on my condo in a matter of days on the market, but she helped me navigate a challenging home buying process. Her knowledge helped me put in a competitive offer on a house that helped us win out of a ton of other offers. She is very proactive and helps to make a stressful process much more manageable. If you're looking for a desirable boutique experience, this is not the place for you. Their focus seems to be on acquiring as many sellers as possible and selling quickly. The name says it all! They don’t take the time to make your experience special; it feels more like they just want to sell, sell, sell. In reality, that makes the whole experience seem rather unprofessional. Other home-selling companies offer much better service than this one. I know this from personal experience, as I used to work for them as a photographer, and I wasn't treated well. The entire operation feels cheap. While they may put on a friendly exterior, behind the scenes, you are just a number—as I was explicitly told. They will likely try to counter my review, but this is my honest opinion. I have no reason to lie; I certainly won’t be buying a home from them. I do not recommend this company. They get 1 star from me because I can't give zero. This is certainly poor form.

James Mattz and his team were excellent. They were efficient, communicative, professional, and very pleasant to work with. James’ team was creative and innovative when it came to showcasing the important attributes of our home. Equally important, James had a team of contractors that made repairs of the house at very reasonable costs. James and his team provided comprehensive real estate services. With James’ advice and execution, our home had a contract within four days of the first open house and closed five weeks later.
