My husband was retiring and we were selling our home after 25 years. Needless to say it was an emotional journey. And a lot has changed since we sold a home. Lucky for us Ray was our realtor. He was kind, patient, respectful, and great at what he does. We never felt pressured, no question was too small, he helped us with everything. Our home sold fast and we were very happy with the sale- just like Ray said we would be. He made us feel like family. Ray delivered on everything he said he would do for us. He went above and beyond for us and we will always be thankful.

Ray is hands down the absolute BEST agent in the area! Incredibly knowledgeable of the market and the area, hard working, responsive, a marketing genius (have you seen his listing videos?), well connected, and all that with a warm, engaging, and laid back personality.
With his expert guidance, Ray had me under a very favorable contract in less than a day! I was so impressed with Ray that I convinced my neighbors to list their home with him, and they had a similarly stellar experience.

Working with Ray on the seller’s side was a great experience. As a buyer’s agent, it’s always refreshing to work with someone who’s professional, responsive, and truly attentive to the flow of the deal. Ray stayed on top of everything and made sure communication was smooth and consistent from start to finish. You can tell he cares about getting things done the right way for everyone involved. I originally met Ray while touring one of his listings. I was then working with an agent that I wasn’t very happy with. Ray was a breath of fresh air, with his gentle non pushy approach. I truly felt like he actually wanted me to buy something I loved, and I did! I recommend Ray to everyone who wants to work with a genuine person who cares.
