Was doing business with them for a couple years until they decided to over charge the prices. Took the decision to stop doing business when I found out they were up charging me more than my friends for the same service. Shame on the greed and betraying the loyalty of a customer.

DONT GO THERE FOR ALTERATIONS!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! ! I took 3 pair of a pants for hemming in total. The 1st pair was gave back to me w hemming literally falling off. They said mis-communication.ok, I waited an additional week to get them back. The 2nd. & 3rd pair I pick up today both pants & stitching look same as I dropped off. Lady (Anna?) said she knew she did one pair but not sure about other. She also couldn’t recognize her stitches. ?Both stitching look factory same as when I dropped off. !! Alterations lady forgets to alter clothing but will make sure she doesn’t forget to charge money for the work she did NOT do! Make sure you are looking at your stuff carefully because this cannot be just me nor a coincidence ( 3 TIMES ) in a row w hemming charges but hemming doesn’t get done. I will never go back !I’ll find a seamstress I can trust.

I’ve been coming here for years, they do an excellent job. This is the most honest dry cleaner I’ve ever had. I just picked up my clothes, and they found $40 cash in the pocket that I never would have remembered was there. It was waiting in an envelope for me when I picked up my clothes today. Customer for life, thank you everyone!Service: Alterations

I would not use them for alterations. Very poor work. I took 6 pants/shorts for waist alteration and when I got them back I found my short length to be uneven. When I went back they simply denied any responsibility. I paid $15 for each alteration and they wouldn't even offer to fix them. I preferred my money back but would've taken a repair. Obviously I won't be returning here.

First and Last time I will ever go there. Took in a pair of pants to be tailored. The lady made me pay when I dropped them off. (which I had no problem doing)
When I returned to pick up the pants she told me I have to pay. I politely said to her Ma'am you made me pay when I dropped them off last week. She began to act like she could not understand me. She definitely gives family owned businesses a bad name.

They pick and choose what they dry clean vs wash, . Never seen this before, Why would I come to them for laundry when I have a washer at home? I came there to dry clean everything but said the shirts that don't need to be dry cleaned are 5 bucks . Total non sense

Same business name, BUT Mrs. Joyce sold the place and moved away. Prices are up a good amount from what they were. (like alomost double) They lady is not really friendly. I did not like that and do not know if I trust her with my shirts. No more little dum dum suckers on the counter, say it is not so.....

No kid should be without a toy during Christmas. So when i saw a big plush whale toy in a store about to be thrown in the trash for a small rip down its tail seam, I had to purchase it.
After all once the rip was fixed, I could donate it to Toys for Tots and make some kid very happy. Not trusting myself, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to fix it.
Easier said then done. I had called Michaels, gone to two Jo Ann fabric stores and a Walmart and the response was the same nope...sorry...don't do that here. Jo Ann even suggested i find a cleaner. Places that work in fabric don't repair fabric...strange.
Finally i decided to just find a local cleaner. After trying one that instantly went to voice mail, I found this place. No sooner had I shown Joyce the whale and explained that I was donating to Toys for Tots she pulled out black thread and instantly started to repair the toy. I had expected yeah nope we don't do that here.....
Instead Joyce FIXED my plush whale. Thanks to her I can now donate this toy and make a kid very happy. ?

Me and my wife highly recommend this place. She gets clothes cleaned and hemmed and is very happy with the results every time. I went for the first time yesterday because a strap/buckle tore out of the fabric on my mountaineering backpack. She sewed it right in front of me in about 5 minutes, did't charge me or accept my money when I tried to pay her and she did a great job!! Thanks Park Hill Cleaners!!!

Joyce has consistently gone above and beyond for me whether it be time sensitive or attention to small fitting details, this family owned and operated business is the most customer oriented Dry Cleaning Service in the Greater Chicago Area. Because of Joyce, my supervisor and other colleagues have proactively chosen Park Hill Cleaners.

I've been going here for about 5 years and they are the best, they do great work , and will speed up delivery of needed. Not many small buisness that care about there customers and know them by name any more.
