Their prices are higher than other pet stores. Getting around the store was difficult due to all of the boxes and employees in the aisle which was hard with my limited mobility.I was never even acknowledged.

If I could give zero stars I would? I’ve been a returning customer for quite some time now but I can’t believe the service I received today. Like most customers, I joined the Pet Supply Club Membership Program for perks and discounts, not for shoddy service and attitude. Upon asking for my number, Rachel failed to thank me for being a member and she also failed to inform me of available perks/discounts earned prior to purchase. I mean I thought that was the purpose of her asking for my information but anywho. I asked her if there were any sales or discounts available and she immediately sent me to the back of the store to take a picture of the sale price then bring it back to the register. Talk about impeccable customer service ??. She then began to over talk me every time I began to speak. Unless she’s psychic, how could she have answered any of my questions? Finally, I could get a word in edge wise, I asked if she could check my account, without hesitation, she said no. I’m sure there’s something she could’ve done to inform me of available discounts via her register. IT’S A COMPUTER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! ???. Her last audacity was when she implied, in a condescending manner, that she could give me 50% off if I “needed it”, as if I was trying to get over or out of paying. I found that very distasteful and disgustingly rude and feel that she needs to either be retrained on customer service or change positions. No willing paying customer should ever have to feel looked down upon or disrespected, especially when the customer is calm cool and collected. It’s unacceptable and should be immediately handled accordingly.

Always helpful staff. Wonderful assortment of products. I know they do their best to keep the website stock accurate, but it has happened a couple times that I order something for pickup in the store and received a call that they don't have it in stock. It has also happened that the website says it's not in stock, and then I find it on the shelf. Best return policy- if your pet doesn't like the food bring it back for a refund or to exchange with something else.
