Worst experience ! When I addressed my dissatisfaction - the person in charge was rude ! I asked him what his name was and he said “ baby boy “ so unprofessional! I’ve had many French manicures and never had one look this bad ! But it gets better ! He said $72 but charged my card $77 without my approval of any tip . I tipped him cash . FRAUD - be careful

Came in with black dip asked for a full set with dip because I wanted white nails. She painted over my BLACK dip with white polish they looked awful and still charged me full price. It’s common sense to not paint over black ? Never going back.

My experience was terrible. The male nail techs are extremely aggressive. I simply ask him if he could make me toenails more even, and then he cut one short making it more uneven. I had to end up getting acrylic which seemed to really piss him off and he threw my foot down repeatedly, as well as yanking it. He proceeded to put my feet in extremely hot water on my foot which left a scar as well. It’s sad because I really liked the way my nails usually turn out here but the aggressiveness is where I draw the line. Especially with me being a woman, I would like to be treated gently and with nice care.

I had the best experience at Pro Nails! Billy took such amazing care of me and gave me the most beautiful nails—absolutely flawless. The shape, the sparkle, the attention to detail—perfection! He was professional, gentle, and really brought my vision to life.
Lyn also pampered me with a relaxing pedicure that was just what I needed. She was so sweet and meticulous, and my feet have never felt (or looked) better. The whole vibe is welcoming and calming, and the service is top-tier.

I have been going to Billy for my nails for years. He does an excellent job! The nail shop has a great relaxing environment. I positively know my nails/ pedicure will always look awesome. I highly recommend this place

Came in at 5:00 pm for a pedicure and they turned me away at the door stating that they “do not have time today” the shop was not busy and they close at 7:30pm. They had plenty of time.

I called before I got there because I knew it would be a busy day. The girl said 20 minutes should be fine on the phone. I got there and they told me I would have to wait about 20 minutes. I ended up waiting 50 minutes and then just walking out. I Wish places would just be honest about the wait time. I could have went and did other things before I sat in there and wasted my time

Over a year ago I was in search of a new nail tech after I finally got tired of my old tech not doing a good job —I had gone to several nail shops in the area —-one summer morning in 2023 I got my nails done by Ben —-who was just GREAT—- took his time —knew what he was doing and he had MANY WHO WOULD WAIT OVER 2 and 3 hours to get their nails done by Ben—I personally like shorter nails and I love my nails all the time—-I HAVE SEEN BEN’S WORK ON LONGER NAILS AND THE ART WORK IS AMAZING!!!! GIVE HIM A TRY IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA I PROMISE YOU WILL COME BACK TO HAVE HIM DO YOUR NAILS ❤️❤️❤️❤️
