I had my nails done on Friday October 27th and by Saturday October 28th the finger nail polish cracked off three fingers and on Sunday lost the whole nail of polish doing nothing! I would never recommend this salon. Spent over 250.00 for 2 pedicures and two dips and totally dissatisfied!Today- October 31 3 more nails are off!Services: Pedicure

I love the service here. The people are always nice in every way. They make you feel really comfortable. I always go to Billy in the first chair on the left for my nails. I have been going to him for YEEEEEARS now. I am never disappointed. This is maybe my third review, and I am still in love with the service I receive. The last time I went was a week ago.This time I was a little bothered (hence my 5 stars went down to 4) because of the rudeness of another customer affected my service at the end. I presume she had been there a while because she had just finished her pedicure and thought it was her turn for Billy to do her nails. Well, he was finishing up with me, oiling my cuticles and everything. (She sat at the front talking to someone she knew that just happened to be there that day.) I am certain that I told him I wanted rhinestones, because he asked me if I did, and I said yes. So when he started to put the oil on I asked him, what about the rhinestones. He said, "Oh I didn't know you want. That's why I ask you". I said, Billy, I thought you heard me. So now the other lady is standing there irritated- for a whole OTHER reason... (because she walked out without paying first and the lady who did her feet went to catch her, thinking she forgot to pay. The customer comes back in and says, "Don't do me like that I just tipped you 5 dollars." So the nails tech is like, "Sorry about that, I just thought you forgot".)So now the customer sits down complaining to the lady she happened to run into that she knew. Mind you the other lady had only been there maybe 5 minutes. They both sat there complaining about how they spend good money and have been there too long. I'm sitting there like, really???So now the customer gets up and turns to Billy and says, You know what I'll just come back cuz I don't have that kinda time. I been in here too long. Billy kindly tells her that he didn't know I wanted rhinestones and that it'll take two minutes if she wanted to wait. He told her he didn't mind if she wanted to come back. In my opinion she already had an attitude. So she ends up leaving. What I didn't like is that he turns to me and says, Next time you gotta tell me early if you want rhinestones, now I miss out on two customers.This made me angry because, I feel like this. I said clearly, Yes I want rhinestones, and told him how I wanted them. I am a paying customer too that spent 70 dollars. But I still apologized to him, KNOWING this was not my fault that he lost 2 customers. So I paid for my service and left. I didn't say anything, but I was kind of pissed. Then I go walking to my car, and these same two hussies that were complaining about not having time was still running their mouths in the parking lot.So all I can say about that day is, make sure you speak loud and clear and let Billy know what you want, and make sure he hears and understands you. All paying customer should be treated the same.

I love going here, they do beautiful nails and the bonus is their friendly and fast. I live in Glenwood and travel to Orland for Billy or Ben to do my nails. Pro Nails is DEFINITELY worth the travel!!

I stopped by for a pedicure and fill in. Pedicure was ok but the fill in is terrible. Nail crooked and looked thick.
