Had an appointment scheduled for 1130am. Didn’t get into the room until 12:20pm. Absolutely unacceptable. Why even make appointments if you’re gonna be an hour late?? Will never return here again.

Didn't know I needed an appointment, was told I could just walk in. I got there just before 7 to be one of the first due to having other time commitments on the schedule. A worker pulled up at 6:57 to unlock the doors then walked out and drove away. I walked in at 7 and joined the standby list. No other patients showed up until 7:20. Lights didn't come on in waiting room until 7:15. There was only 1 person drawing blood and appointments were taking 10 minutes. I waited an hour and had to leave. Hopefully with an appointment next time it'll be better.

I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Orland Park thanks to Donna. She drew my blood quickly and painlessly, and she was so kind and professional the entire time. What really stood out was her warm personality—she made me laugh and feel totally at ease. It’s not often you walk into a lab and leave with a smile, but Donna made that happen. Thank you!

I went to this establishment on a Tuesday at 3pm with my 8 year daughter to get blood work. We didn’t have an appointment because we didn’t know we needed one per being instructed that they take walk-in’s from her doctor. When we arrived it was only one person in front of us. When it was our turn around 3:10 the lady that worked that day was EXTREMELY rude to us stating that we needed an appointment and she will take us this time but next time we cannot come without an appointment. Which is odd because it allows you to check-in as a walk-in. Ultimately I tried to proceed until she snatched the script out of my hand and then demanded that I had to have our insurance card which I didn’t know we needed to have since everything was on the script. She continued to go on being very condescending until I finally asked for the script back and told her we will go else where because he attitude wasn’t necessary. We left and went down to advocate where we got excellent service within 5mins, didn’t need an appointment or insurance card because it was all on the script!

They will sit in the back and not help anyone in the front, my mom had to get up and help other people make walk in appointments

Quest is very organized and performs blood draws smoothly. Health care workers have a hard time with my veins but at Quest they always have no problems.

I've tried so many times to come here i regret it everytime. I usually have to have butterfly needles used on me and last time the lady pricked me 2 or 3 times before asking for help and turns out she had used the rest of the butterfly needles she had. And while they are very nice most of the time I come out of here with bad bruises everytime, not worth the convience. No one answers their phone it's all automated and online support doesn't have an option for what I need help with it. This will be the last chance I gave this company + location.

Quest is the best! The lab techs are wonderful, always very quick and efficient and the facility is clean! The Orland Park Quest is wonderful!
