Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the older gentleman, I believe his name is Howard, a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuine individual. He answered all my questions, made wise recommendations, and helped me choose the shoe that would best fit my needs. This was my first time purchasing a Red Wing product and I am more than satisfied with my purchase and my shopping experience overall. Thank you Howard.

As upon walking in no one was in the store the employee Veronica, was actually in the backroom then walked out not even a hello she just looked at us like really. We asked her for boots to try on and it was like a bother to her. By the third boot we left she was ignorant and didn't want to work. Definitely will not be returning here. If you're looking for help buying boots don't come to this location.

Large selection, but expensive. Not a single wide enough pair of boots that I could purchase. Was offered EE, but that's not wide enough. Red Wings equivalent of W seems to be H, but the store didn't have any.

The store in Oralnd Park where a older gentleman didn't clean the access dirt off my boots before he put oil on them to be conditioning/cleaned. I'm very disappointed in the services that I received for the price I paid for the boots 👢. I was told that I could get my boots conditioning/cleaned anytime I wanted?

Customer service sucks. They can’t even answer the phones or put you on hold if they’re really busy. They just pick up the phone and hang up. With that type of customer service I would not do business with them

The professional that was working there, an older gentleman was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and caring. He quickly was able to pull up my information in the database, informed me of what options I had, and gave me amazing opinions through his knowledge on which boot would be the best option for me overall! He made this experience the best that it could be. Being a new hire at Metra is overwhelming and with how well this man simplified everything and showed that he cared about how I felt and performed on a day to day basis at work was outstanding. I will definitley be back, I will recommend people to come here and I am thrilled with my purchase and my product! Thank you so much for your help sir, you made my life a bit less stressful and more enjoyable for the 20 minutes I was at this location!

Been wearing RedWings for 26yr in my occupation. Now retired and a senior, went to the orland store to duplicate a pair and make a new purchase (was told the shoes were discontinued and not avail) i then purchased a very expensive insole and also a leather treatment to try and preserve what i had) after buying all accessorys needed? I went home and looked on the official redwing site and was informed the shoes are still avail @ another store and on sale ! I could have purchased a "Brand New" Pair from another store with free shipping to orland and had a "Brand new pair" for less then what i spent @ the orland store so ? I still will be loyal to Red Wings but? Not in orland. When i called back the person in the orland store and explained? He said they cant make any money by selling discounted shoes !
