The Savers family of stores is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse business model of purchasing, reselling, and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. Savers also helps over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, providing a source of revenue to support their vital community programs and services. The brand comprises Savers (in the U.S. and Australia), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), and Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), operating over 300 locations with 22,000 employees. Customers have mixed experiences with Savers. While they appreciate the nice selection of items, some find the pricing inconsistent, with certain items seemingly overpriced compared to their thrift store expectations. The lack of dressing rooms and the hit-or-miss sizing have also been a concern for some shoppers. However, others find the store's Monday 50% discounts and loyalty program benefits to be valuable. Overall, Savers aims to provide a thrift shopping experience that benefits both customers and the community.
I love visiting here, especially on Monday when everything is 50% off!!

I like the store but they are getting greedy with their books, just like they do at the Naperville store. Now I see $6 for hardcover books which are nothing special. Most thrift stores charge $2 or less.

Good selection, but overpriced unless you go on Mondays when it's half off.
