Omg I was insulted by a not African American woman on 11/11/25. This lady looked to be at least 60 ish and had the audacity to tell me in front of my daughter I can get the 30 percent off for seniors!!! Lol my daughter looked at me and looked at this elderly wanna be young and blonde lady and we both shook our heads. I had to let her know I wasn't as old as her well I didn't say it like that lol....I said ma'am I decline the 30 percent sticker cause I'm still in my forties but passing for 35. Frfr tho. People should not just assume a person is senior just like I was taught you see a big belly woman don't assume she's pregnant.

I like the store but they are getting greedy with their books, just like they do at the Naperville store. Now I see $6 for hardcover books which are nothing special. Most thrift stores charge $2 or less.

One of those straight up in your face scam thrift stores???id rather throw my donatables away than bring it to a spot that so blatantly overcharges for absolute junk.....just like goodwill...better off finding a salvation army or st vincents, at least you know where the money is going

BEWARE! Unlike Goodwill, there aren't changing rooms and they only have an exchange policy.
If you're extremely confident about how clothes look on you and plan on coming here repeatedly (or live nearby), then go for it. Otherwise, I recommend Goodwill.

Good selection, but overpriced unless you go on Mondays when it's half off.

This store is unbelievably expensive for a thrift store. $4.00 per drinking glass? 25.00 for a sweater? Yes it was NWT but could get it for less at TJ Maxx.

I don’t know what to say! I used to come here weekly to look and shop for clothes. After taking away the dressing rooms makes the 30/40 minute drive not really worth it anymore. Like we all know the sizing is hit or miss when thrifting. Im not going to drive back and forth returning stuff just for store credit. Feels more like a scam.

They do have quite a bit of stuff for sale. The only problem I have is they price used electronics and small appliances as if they all work perfectly, but if you buy something and it doesn't work, you are out of luck and money. I was excited to find something today and it was priced at 29.99. At the register I was told if it didn't work, I couldn't return it. There was no way to test it there, so sadly, I had to leave it. Kind of sucked.
Wanted to add that most everything is pricy compared to the prices at a Goodwill. "Donated" items that are used should be priced the same as brand new in the store, and they do this alot.

Nice selection of items, but I didn't see any pants in sizes 24 and up for women, or many plus size shirts. I thought everything was overpriced, but still purchased a few things. $9 and up for a shirt? Nah,pass. Several electronics and baking items were priced at almost the new retail price. No plastic bags at checkout. I even saw a used suitcase for $39.99 ?. This is thrift??

This place is very hit or miss these days. Very hit or miss. Something changed after lockdown in 2020 and this place just hasn't been the same. It's always a nice vibe in here though so I still come shop but if the prices keep rising, I might have to take my business elsewhere.
