Savers used to be my go to thrift store. They have gotten just as greedy as Goodwill. Non clothing items are more than retail or close to it. Most cloths are 8.00 and above. The only good deal are the books.

Two guys working the drop off donation center outside on Sunday 10-1-23 at 3:30 PM were the worst. They complained to our faces about donating too much. They made rude comments about our bags being heavy and said thank god when we were done. We were just trying to be nice and donate some clothes.

Always clean and reasonable. The staff are always helpful and kind to folks who don’t understand the checkouts and the lines are getting better! *****

An unusually aggressive young woman came by at 8:59 and told us the store was closed and that we would have to go to the register now to "process -[our] transaction." I understand store closing hours, but this was not the normal way any business should operate ... normally, even an unpretentious business like a thrift store would make an announcement at the hour and then the clientele would shuffle dutifully to the registers. The closing hours had been announced previous to the cutoff - we were aware.Treating us as if we were fools or had violated some binding contract by not already being checked out was low class - even by thrift store standards.

This store sells everything and not in a good way, seen a glass Voss water bottle for sale for 5 dollars then moving to the electronic section they have monitors back there with no plug ins so you take a chance of buying something that doesn't even work. And I'm sure you won't be able to return it either. I would stick to buying clothes from there and that's about it

Just love Mrs Willa (Associate)... she loves her job and performs her job up and above. The prices without special tags is somewhat pricey. It's well organized. Mondays are 50% off. Tuesday 30% off age 55 and older. Bring your own bags or pay 10 cent per bag. They even do returns.

Depends on the day. Their prices on some things are to expensive like $20 for a pair of jeans. Also inspect the clothes very carefully before you buy them, Savers will sell clothes that have bleach stains on them and holes. Last T-Shirt I bought was $5 but it had a bleach stain on the bottom of the shirt I noticed after I took the tag off. Shirt isn’t worth $5 at all, should have never been on the self. I still shop there but I am extremely careful when buying clothes there.

Check out lady was very nice. 5 stars to her!! Two items same size nwt marked $9.99 and $23.99 respectively. MANAGER came to look and claimed tag was switched though it was NOT torn at all till she tore it off. Very bad management......even Walmart gives you the price something is marked but she refused to allow me to buy the pair mislabeled.

The only reason they are only getting four stars is because I seen items with 19.99 price tags from the original store and price and they had it listed for the exact same price don’t give me wrong. They definitely have nicer things than other thrift stores but it’s more like a Ross or marshals, TJ Maxx, etc. but trust me they got nice stuff just not all of it is worth the expensive prices they have listed for a “thrift store“

Haven't been here in awhile since they installed the self checkout lanes. Today 6 self checkout lanes were open along with 2 employee checkout lanes. The self checkout sure slows up the process because people are trying to sort through their merchandise, find the sales tag and then scan the tag. Today the line was 50 people deep!! Are you kidding me?! It took more then 20 minutes to get to a register. Also, they have really raised their prices recently. It's not worth the time, effort or aggravation to shop here. I will not be back here again.

I want to start off by saying that I really love this Savers and have found a lot of great clothing at this store over the years, but after the pandemic, they removed something that was (at least for me) a foundational part of my regular purchases. The changing rooms! During/after the pandemic, they blocked off the changing rooms and have since then completely removed them. Now I can't even try on anything that I am interested in, and am forced to "hope" that the clothes fit me well. Since they have removed the changing rooms, almost everything I have bought from Savers hasn't fit right, and I have unfortunately had to donate them right back to Savers. I don't even go to Savers anymore for this reason, and instead go to Goodwill - because they let you try on the clothes. Please Savers put the changing rooms back lol! I get that there's nothing stopping me from continuing to shop here, but man it'd be nice to know that what I'm buying fits me right!
