This last tech they sent out didn’t know how to do the job i was left waiting more time because the original guy had to come back out since he actually knows what he is doing. He also put a scratch on the door of my refrigerator I am not happy about! Sears needs to call me about fixing this. He did resolve the washing machine parts but then left tar all over my washing machine from being careless during his work. I’m not happy with the service he did . I had already cleaned the tar glue off the washer before this review or else i would have submitted photos of that too.

I had two service appointments this week. One for washer and one for dryer. Both servicemen were very professional and polite.Damian took the time to explain what was going on each step of the way and help me through the process.

Service date was cancelled at 3:00 after having to take a day off work. Repairman did arrive for second appointment, was courteous and knowledgeable about product. Seemed to get appliance to work, but it stopped working again after 3 hours. Biggest complaint, I had questions and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY (that I could find) to talk to a live agent once you initial schedule. Even the "chat bot" and "chat agent" gave me a number that did not work at the time I called. They made 2 trips to my home for the repair. First trip the Tech was here for less than 10 minutes for Diagnostics. I told him what the problem was and he just went with what I told him and really didn't check it out himself. Second Tech came back a week later to install the part. Total time of 30 minutes for both Techs and 2 trips to my home cost $475, $81 dollars for the part. That's a lot to spend to replace the Thermostat. Refrigerator cost less than $1000 new. Both were a little pushy about selling me a Home warranty.Service: Refrigerator repair

this is the honest truth on my service. The repairman did a poor job of repairing my Samsung refrigerator. He left saying that the was complete. The next morning at about 8:30 i went to get some cold water and the refrigerator was not cooling or freezing at all. I call the service depart to see if they could send someone directly and they gave me a date for the 21st of November. This again was unsatisfactory becAUSE AT THE TIME I ORDERED THE REPAIRS I PAID SEARS ON TIME. $1030.40. iM STILL WAITING FOR THE REPAIMAN TO COME BACK TO TAKE CARE OF MY REPAIRSService: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Needed some repairs on Craftsman snow blower purchased in 2009. Ordered parts, they arrived promptly and 3 days later repairman arrived, spent maybe 20 minutes fixing.

Recently called to have a new Cooktop installed. I told the person on the phone exactly what I needed done for this project. The tech arrived and was very pleasant. He began taking everything apart and removing the oven to access the cooktop, runs some diagnostics on the old broken stovetop that I was asking to have replaced altogether. He then told me it would be $1800+ to fix it which was not even something I cared to know since I had a brand new unit to replace it. Once I told him I don't want to fix the old one, I want to just swap it with the new one, he told me he could not do that. So he put everything back and then they tried charging me for the visit. I would have never had them come out if they told me up front they cannot install new products... Overall a very frustrating and time wasting experience.Service: Oven repair

Expected service to be expensive but found it to be fair. Servicemen were courteous, efficient, friendly, and successful. Microwaves have lots of safety sensors and ours had one fail. Cost of repair was less than half replacement cost and for 5 year old microwave made most sense. Very satisfied with service. Came out within two days of breakdown. Easy to schedule. Great communication before arriving too.Service: Microwave repair
