I loathe this gas station. It may be in a convenient location, but that's all its got as a perk. Many of the workers are young, careless, unenthusiastic, unfriendly & lazy. I only fill gas when I absolutely have to at this place, but doing any sort of business inside that cramped little crapshoot is a no-no from now on.
The employees vape indoors in front of customers, never greet people & have poker faces. The prices are off on many items: I feel like they ring up things as they please, that way they get to pocket the difference. I can't prove it, but the evidence points to embezzlement. I point to a price tag of a drink which rung up for a higher price, then I was told that the price didn't apply to what I bought. There is no professionalism whatsoever. It's not a coincidence, almost every single time I am forced to take my business here, there is an inconvenience. They can't even fix/refill their gas pump printers, they fail to realize that many of us need receipts to log commutes. After a long day of work, the last thing I want is to shut my car, go inside & have to deal with these people in order to get a measly receipt.
I hope I was wrong in any of the instances I experienced, because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt & see the good in people..but sometimes, you just can't help but feel disdain for how people conduct themselves in a professional setting. Get your act together, or close up shop. Corporate gas stations should audit every single one of their locations. If it's not criminal, it's certainly negligence & carelessness.

Convenient location. The pumps have always worked when I purchase gas. However, when I request a receipt on the screen it says it is printing but neverrr prints the receipt and tells me to see the clerk. That is so inconvenient if I pay at the pump with my card but have to go in the store to get the receipt. That's ridiculous especially when it's so cold outside or when you have children in the car that you cannot leave alone. In the winter time I never see salt put down near the pumps so be careful because it gets icy and slippery out there.

Lying SOB's . They say a lower price always on GasBuddy but it's the highest price in town just to get people to come. Never coming back

Had an employee start swearing at us when it didnt concern them when a car illegally turned on 151st preventing flow of traffic and almost causing an accident to multiple cars. The employee came out screaming insinuating a fight. Very unprofessional. Shell is this the type of employees you hire? Shame. P.s. everything is on dash cam in 4k. I can post this publically if action isnt taken.

Honestly it’s just a ghetto gas station not a single professional in there and they are literally always messy or dirty and it’s just a old beat up gas station with old pumps and they are slow. The thing that makes all that worse is they are literally always at least 10¢ more than every other gas station in the area. They definitely gouge and take advantage and they aren’t even nice about it they are always rude every single one especially the older bald man. And it’s just rough. Literally a mile down the road there are more better quality and less expensive gas stations

Slippery floor by pump. Slipped and almost fell. Guys check your floors. It’s not that hard. Someone can get hurt.

The cashier was very rude. Not friendly at all. He was very nonchalant. I even said "have a nice day" and he never responsed. The worst customer service i have experience in a long time.

I went to this store 3 days in a row and each day there was a different younger Arabian looking kid working and each time the price of my cigarettes were different. I wouldn’t go here to get anything but gas. And even that’s expensive here lol
