“The guys working the counter at this location are NOT PLAYING lol, the efficiency and speed was incredible, there were two very nice gentleman working three different registers and I witnessed them serve five customers including me, one with multiple packages in about 5 minutes. “Updating my review: I had a better experience today at the print center where Ashley was a gem. They got rid of their old fax machine, so I needed a bit of a tutorial on how to get the system going. She was the only one there and was multitasking to help all of us. I appreciate her asking me if I needed help as I looked lost. I thankfully figured it out after she showed me. I asked her if the digital cover sheet is extra, and she said it's included. I ended up getting a refund for 1 page which I appreciate. The new way to fax is so much quicker, and I am looking forward to coming back here. Hopefully Ashley will be there again, and by the time I got home maybe like 10 minutes later, I called the facility I was faxing to and they already received it. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a Staples, print center etc.”

“Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”
“I shipped 4 vehicles from WA to KY through another company that partnered with Taurus Auto Group to ensure my vehicles could be delivered quickly. The transport driver Shakhrom was friendly, arrived on time, and quickly came up with a plan on how he would load all of my vehicles. He was knowledgeable in operating each of the vehicles, which were a mix of 26-50 yr old automatics, manuals, long, short, wide, and narrow wheel bases. He loaded them all with no issues and took great care in driving them. He delivered them very quickly and was courteous and professional to my wife when he arrived. I could not have asked for anything better in this experience, and I am thankful to all the people and companies involved. May 27, 2025”
