Love this place. Every time I come they fit me with the perfect bras and it's hard to get the right size for me from department stores. The associate named Gabby, was professional and kind and helped me get what I wanted with patience and expertise! Fully recommend.

I’ve always had problems with finding bras that offer support and fit comfortably without spillage. I went to Soma and both associates (I unfortunately did not catch their names) were quick to assist me with the utmost patience while they navigated through finding the perfect fit for me. I was very nervous going alone and they made me feel welcomed and super comfortable! Would definitely go back. You ladies are wonderful!

My first visit was pleasant on April 4 but today wasn’t so pleasant on April 26, from the minute I said I had a return the sales lady LaTonya gave me a stank attitude, it clearly states on the receipt that bras can be returned within 60 days even if you wore it or wash it. She was a bit rude and I will never be returning to this store again

I was so nervous to be sized after a little weight gain and Darlene treated me like I was a family member. I instantly felt comfortable around her, I was correctly sized for the first time in my 30 years of wearing bras and finally have bras that fit!! Darlene was so helpful and kind I went in for one bra and ended up buying a couple more because they fit so well. I was fitted while my husband respectfully waited in the car and it was less than a 1/2 hour adventure. Highly recommend!

Always professional, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding all products they offer. They made me feel comfortable regarding being fitted for a proper bra size and offered a shirt that fit me (without asking my size) so I could see how I looked in the bra in a teeshirt and v-neck blouse. Love their customer service!

It was ok. Pricing when I got to register was unclear. I was over ranged for my items. Have to redo my transaction twice. It was ok for my 1st time at this location. I gave a 5 because I love the fitting persons customer service and her awesome personality.

Kathleen is the best! I went in for a return and wasn’t going to re-purchase anything but I ended up getting a fitting and I’m so glad I did. Kathleen provided a great experience from try-ons to recommendations. I left with exactly what I needed.

Bought some bras late fall (October) and after losing some weight they are too big. One still had tag intact, so I went back to exchange for appropriate size. The 60 day only return policy was explained. Told the manager that I lost weight following WW and she told me all her accolades about WW and congratulated me. Offered to doing a sizing but … no store refund, exchange or credit! $60 for a bra is expensive and to not have an exchange or credit was disappointing. Your salesperson had no problem telling me that she’d size me and be happy to sell me another bra. After all the money I have spent in your store over the years rest assured there will be no more purchases made.

Best experience ever! I was greeted by Kathleen and told her I needed to get sized but only had a small time frame I was in and out in 35 minutes with great bras for a great deal! So glad I made the stop! Thank you ladies for all your help!
