After we locked into a monthly rate, they advised that in 2 months the rate would triple. When we decided to cancel, we were promised a full refund...gave us less than half. A complete scam.
Update: A month ago I followed your request to reach out to customer service. Haven't heard back. I will now be filing a complaint with the BBB, and letting them handle recouping the difference, as well as the additional costs accrued by having to change storage facilities last minute and delaying delivery of the furniture being stored.

I had just bought a storage unit recently because unfortunately we have to move within the month. I did it all online and when I had to go check in I met with Jenny. She was so welcoming and so nice. She informed me of everything I needed to know and showed me and my sister around the facility. She showed me where my unit was and an easy way to get my stuff in with out having to go the long way. Although I wish storage mart had an easier way to put in the codes to get in than getting out of the car and rushing back to it before the gates closed. It's alot easier getting out than in. I do have to say though when I go into the office I'm glad to see Jenny working.

Had me pay before showing me the contract they require. I'm not willing to sign that contract as it's completely one sided, so i cancelled..........within 5 minutes of paying. Yet, no refund
