As someone who spends so much at Swarovski. This location always gives me an issue. And it’s the closest to my home. Tried returning a ring. Was told I needed the card I used. Came back with the card another day and email receipt. Was told I needed the paper receipt. Went to the woodfiled location. And they were able to do it with no problem. Went the other day to replace some earrings I bought less than a year ago. because one broke. Was told they can’t do anything about it. They only repair the crystals. Woodfield location gave me a new pair on the spot. I’ll be staying out of this location. They don’t care to much about helping the customer.

Every time I go into the store I get ignored and looked at if I can not afford anything. Horrible service

Great little store. Love the crystal they have their. Especially in animal figures and star wars figures. But also great looking pieces of jewelry. Plus a great staff. Google other locations in illinois if you want to go to one near you. Great store.

I was here with a friend last week who was browsing around for a gift for their sister. After looking at a watch, we decided her sister might not like it afterall. The customer service was horrendous. The attendant/seller said it probably was too expensive for her to buy and redirected her to other pieces of jewelry. Trust me, money was not the issue. What a classless and distasteful comment.
