I frequently shop on the Target app and have the staff deliver items to me in the drive up spots. The employees I have encountered are very pleasant, time and time again!

This target is terrible self checkout is always closed, only 2 registers ever open, and they keep product on uboats and pallets in the isles it’s chaotic.

1 Register open at 5pm on a Tuesday. Horrible management of store. Spent 5 minutes shopping and 15 minutes in line to checkout.

Jasmine the cashier was very ignorant and not friendly at all. She was so unpleasant to deal with for no reason at all.

This Target is terrible. Shelves are not neat or organized even in the pharmacy area. Product labels are not facing where they can be read. Employees have aisles and shelves blocked with carts and pallets of merchandise waiting to be displayed. I finally left the sore without making any purchases. Poorly managed at best.

One register open for returns. Told they couldn't return a gift for store credit without a receipt because 'we don't do that here anymore, but Tinley or Crestwood can.' This after standing in line for 25 minutes. Pretty wild that a multi-billion dollar organization will let a store decide their own return policy. More likely that this store is poorly run and is doing things to negatively impact customers so that the store manager can make a revenue bonus.

Can this Target get any worse. Shelves are a mess at 9:00 a.m. Displays are a mess. There is no sensible traffic pattern. Employees don't know how to use the scanners. 2 open registers less than one week b4 Christmas.

I love Target! Always the latest fashion. Food selection is great. Same with beauty products. Prices are good. My only complaint is the women’s department is very congested layout. Very hard to shop without having to move your cart and by the time I do I just leave. Only one person at a time. Same in sleepwear.

They don’t take off the promotional signs, then they said “you should read the small letters”. That’s is not customer service, that’s their job to take off the promotional signs.

Employees should probably leave the only family bathroom open to those with families. Especially since all the restrooms are in the same spot
