My recent experience with Tom Hallberg and his agency lacks immensely.Because my friend was overwhelmed recently after a fire to her home, I was helping her dealing with Allstate home owners insurance , which held the policy and collected the overpriced premiums for over 40 years. It took agent Tom Hallberg almost 3 weeks to return calls, (he was on vacation). They will no longer deal with me. Allstate is refusing the policy Tom Hallberg the agent has washed his hands, doing nothing. . The good hands policy will slap you in the face.

Just had an accident. Tom and his staff were extremely helpful in an unusual situation. I was able to obtain an estimate immediately using the phone application which allowed me to take a picture. I received the estimate and a fair settlement immediately and a reimbursement check within only a couple days through the mail. I've been with this agency for years and have always been highly satisfied with their responsiveness and service. I know that this review might appear to be written by an ad agency but I am motivated because I know how much I appreciate it when someone takes the time to provide a review for my work and am truly appreciative of the help I've gotten from this agency and Allstate Insurance over the years.

Great personal service. I have had Hallberg/ Allstate insurance for many, many years and have my home, 3 cars and apartment insurance with them. I love the personal service when needed and that they watch over your policies for the best offers.
