I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. “If you're ever in need of a tow, consider Ambassador Car Carriers. I've used them twice before in the past and they have always been great to deal with. I had a blowout on the Stevenson last night and was able to limp my car to a parking lot in Hodgkins. Called Ambassador this morning to have the car towed to the dealership in Orland Park. Bob from Ambassador went out of his way to have the driver stop at my home to collect the key so that I wouldn't have to Uber to Hodgkins to provide the tow driver with the key. I've used them twice in the past and their drivers are always prompt and courteous. I also like that they use clean flatbed truck equipment. Thanks so much to Ambassador Car Carriers!”
