On 27 I sent urgent mail over night and they said guarantee will be deliver on June 28 before 6:00 PM now July 2 and my urgent mail still in transit with no any update we stop by the office and they said we don’t have any update. I will never use USPS FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE

They don't scan in and take packages with postage already paid.. They want you to leave them in a cart in the lobby where anyone can walk up and take your package..Lazy government wasteoids.

Horrible, seems like they don’t want to work. Walk in hours say 11am-12pm and they refused to do the paperwork even though they had no one else waiting in line. What’s the purpose of walk in and putting that online if your employees don’t want to do it.

My family and I had a passport appointment. However, when we arrived there were no passport forms available according to a USPS representative because they are waiting to receive updated passport forms. That created an inconvenience. We went to Office Depot to print the passport form. We were so glad that it was right down the street. When we returned to USPS post office there was a long line so we missed our appointment. However, a USPS representative assisted us and were were able to complete the passport process. We received good customer service despite the issue with the forms.

Keep asking for the area sales to be delivered to my mail box. Being invalid it is easier for me to check out sales, and have my care giver pick them up. Would really like this to happen, I have asked for this before. Thank You. Eugenia Margis

Friendly staff. An automated machine that works. Fast lines. Very surprised after having horrible experience at my local post office in Pilsen Chicago. I had a great experience and hope the good service continues.

The two employees at the counter for some reason think its ok to refuse service to paying customers. They flat out refuse to scan and give receipts for prepaid packages that take a grand total of 5 seconds each to scan. For those that need acceptance scans and understand that the kiosk does not suffice, file a formal complaint. They are directly violating the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE TOS. Other post offices at least say they have a limit on how many packages they can scan at the register. This is a lie as well, but I digress. I will keep filing complaints until I get those two to start doing their jobs or retire. There are multiple 1 star reviews complaining about the same issue. I'd advise those to file formal complaints.

Very good experience with international sending packages , I live in Tinley Park but rather go to Orland Park , Tinley takes forever and are rude. Also told me we don't know how to send international, go to Orland .

Great place to visit if you do NOT cherish your constitutional rights!!!!!
For those that hold true to the US Constitution, avoid this location like the bubonic plague. The staff has zero respect for your constitutional rights and will call local police instead of a federal postal inspector. When you exercise your constitutional rights. Conduct your USPS business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this post office a zero I would. African American woman with short curly hair and a nose ring is absolutely FOUL. I avoided another location so I wouldn’t have to deal with her but unfortunately she works multiple locations. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. If you dislike your job so much then find another.
