Had two packages to drop off. After waiting in line and reaching the window, Male told me to go to the "kiosk" to proceed with it. What would it take ? Two times to use a scanner?

I went there with my passport renewal application, and the African American guy gave me an envelope and told me to put all the documents in. II asked him: How do I put the pictures? There is space only for 1 picture. He told me just put 2 pictures in and the paperwork, and I will send it for you. Apparently, that's not how it works. I turned around, and I went to Worth, Illinois Post Office. The lady there was very polite. She took one picture only and stapled to the application.Can somebody teach this guy how to take care of passports in this post office? Apparently, he didn't know what to do.Do they have any supervisor there who can teach them how to send a passport application? He was a rude and unknolegible, very mean person. It looks like he doesn't want to work in the Post Office and serve the public. I hope somebody is gonna correct this guy someday or replace this person. He doesn't know what he's doing.It happened today around 1 pm.

I gave 1 star because only 1 person was working and we were lined up,October 28 Saturday, but the one person working, randy,was unbelievable considering he was buried, good job randy God bless you

So disappointed how people is working, both of usps workers blond lady and African American gentlemen are unhappy every time I have any services todo at this location. So dirty place, ant that plastic cover since COVID is so unbelievably nasty.

I wish I could get negative stars the attitude of the guy “working” behind the counter was astonishing. I went in to drop off a package that had a preprinted label and waited in line to get a receipt. When the man saw me he said throw it in the bin and nothing else then I proceeded to tell him I needed a receipt he said you have to go to the kiosk for that and didn’t give any further direction. I went to the kiosk and had to figure it out myself when I was done I didn’t know where to put the box so I asked the man and he rudely told me in the bin. I would understand if it was busy for him to be short, but he was standing at the desk doing nothing. I dropped my package early this morning and as of 9 pm tonight there has been no movement of my package. If I had to describe this man in two words I’d say RUDE and LAZY. I’ll make sure to never bother this post office with my presence again.

Dirtiest place- they still have the same dirty SHOWER CURTAINS hanging that they installed here in 2020- customers have to try to hand items to the employees while fighting off the filthy plastic hanging between the customer and counter.Walls, floors, doors, every surface was filthyDo better !

Staff here is rude and completely unreasonable. Showed up 15 minutes early for a passport appointment and was told they were waiting for a client who was late and were giving them a few more minutes. Realized we forgot the birth certificates so one of us ran home to grab them while the other stayed to start the process at our appointment time. When I returned just 13 minutes after the appointment time (even know my spouse was still there at the appropriate time) was told we would need to reschedule. They refused to even start helping him until I returned. On the website it says our appointment should take about 30 minutes to complete the process. We still had plenty of time. We had to schedule time off work to get there at the same time for our kids passports. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. Would give 0 stars if I could. THEY CLEARLY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Horrible service , very very rude especially Jim! He definitely hates his job. He wouldn’t print out a receipt for me after waiting in a long line, he told me to go to the machine and I had no idea how to use the machine not to mention the line was long for the machine too. I told him I waited my turn and there’s another line. He didn’t care and said to go somewhere else. He didn’t want to waste his paper. I didn’t know he paid for the paper from his pocket. He’s lazy and rude.

Slow service. They don't even greet you or let you know that they'll be with you as soon as they can. You can tell that employees here don't like their job. There has only been one employee working at a time the few times I've been there, so they can't attend to the phone either. No wonder machines are taking over. After all, they do a better job than incompetent employees.

No idea why the reviews are so low. This location is by far the best USPS location in the area. I will go out of my way to come here over closer locations due to the staff's professionalism and speed to get stuff done.

Today, Saturday August 24, 2022, they were to open at 9:00 AM, they finally arrived around 10:30AM. I brought in a prepaid package which became jammed in the device that accepts packages because it was over flowing with previously submitted parcels. And to beat it all, they never had time to scan the package into their system as being received on that day. Very sad.
