“My husband and I had our wedding reception here in November. We heard of the venue from my brother in law and his wife, who also had their wedding reception here in 2019. I will say that the service, attention to detail, work, and personalization was outstanding! From the very first time we met Nick he was attentive to us, kind, and wanted to help us. There were numerous times that we had questions and Nick always responded to us quickly, and made time to meet with us in person multiple times to make sure our day was everything we wanted. The food tasting experience was great and everything we tasted was phenomenal! The day of our wedding exceeded our expectations! We also had the pleasure of working with Adam to plan our set up for the day of and he helped make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day - including checking in with my husband and I throughout the night to make sure everything was going well. I will recommend Elements by the Odyssey to future couples! It is also very nice and convenient to have the hotel connected to the venue, making it easy and safe for family and friends to stay the night after having a long day! “The review is for the banquet side. We had my daughters birthday here and it was amazing. Trish was super accommodating and kind. They all did a great job Heather was super helpful and the bartender Melissa was very charismatic. We took a chance without trying the food and it was phenomenal. Highly Recommended!!”
“Fun way to spend a little time with friends or a loved one. The minimum requirements to book a room is 2 people. Each reservation is private. No one else will join you or your group once you book a time online. I enjoyed the Lake House more than the CSI. Both were very different experiences, each fun in its own way! I highly recommend trying this out for a date night.”
“My grandkids can't wait to go back. We went to a birthday party and it was great. Things got a little confused when it was time to go to the party room but the staff made everything right. The kids had an absolutely great time. It was so nice to see little kids jumping and bouncing and climbing and not an iPad in sight. They had so much fun just being kids. It was a wonderful day.”
