“I absolutely love ? my gym in Alsip. I have been going 4 times per week since I can remember. I always see so many familiar faces; everyone is very nice. The staff are also kind and the workers in the morning are constantly cleaning up and picking up weights that were not put away from the night before. They also vacuum around the equipment and sell protein drinks and food behind the register. Its very welcoming here. I have been going there for 20 years.”

In the back there is a clearance section, which is great because who doesn't love to save a buck or two? The selection of supplements from pre workout to protein to Aminos was amazing.
