Finally had it with this pharmacy. Multiple calls and repeated promises of the item being ready at this time and that. Driving out only to find that items are not ready. I don’t know if they are just overwhelmed or understaffed. But I give up.

The staff has come back from breaks up to 30 minutes late every time I come for pick ups. I often get texts saying that prescriptions are ready but when I arrive they are not and I end up having to wait an additional 30 minutes or have to come back a few hours later.

I'm in this place too much! 🙄 That being said, overall my experience has been very good at both this store and the other on 171st. Pharmacists are all great & pharmacy staff is nice a friendly. It's a popular store being 24 hours, there's often a line but they do their best to keep it moving. I've heard complaints in the line but, again, the staff hustles. A little patience goes a long way. That and I know to go later at night (after 8:30-9 PM) and not see a line. 😉

There is one nice employee, she is the sweetest. The rest are all horrible
The days of swinging by the pharmacy to grab a prescription are gone. I don't wait less than 10 minutes every visit. Usually 30 minutes and up

Every time I go they’re super rude , packed and can never have time to get my medication . This is why robots are taking over and these pharmaceuticals are going out of business!!!

Today is the 25th day of July around 7:10 and 7:30 pm I have been getting my medication from this location for long time. I have medication due on the 23-25 of every month so I went to pick up but the pharmacist said it’s not due yet it’s due on the 26th I told her I’m leaving the state tonight and I been getting my medicine on the 25 I showed her the text from last pick up so she refused to give it to me I asked for the manager and explained to him he said it’s her decision alone I can’t do anything . I will not recommend this place to anyone after this bad experience. I transferred all my prescription somewhere else which exceeds $2000

Every pharmacist I dealt with in the past was so kind except this pharmacist she had nasty attitude she kind like I'm in control
I hope someone in charge read this review and do something about it . Nobody wants to deal nasty attitude people like that

The pharmacy workers take lunch fot 7 times per day! They don’t respect people and shut the door in front of customers faces! They awful communication and nor respect at all! Rude and unprofessional! I am trying to pick up my medication for 3 days! They need yo be fired! Will contact corporation

The pharmacy staff is disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, disgusting and the absolute worst. They all deserve to be fired. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I will be contacting corporate. ZERO stars. I hope Walgreens takes all these complaints seriously and that everyone in this pharmacy department loses their jobs.
