There are two types of medicine in my prescription, but she only gave me one, and her treatment was very rude. The one on the evening shift was very racist.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went to pick up my prescription tonight and went through the drive thru. I arrived there at 6:20pm. When I arrived there were 8 cars waiting, 4 in each lane and I was car number 9. In 20 minutes a grand total of TWO people were helped. At 6:42 a kid came out and approached my car and said “I’m sorry sir, we’re closed for lunch now, we’ll be back at 7:15”. Didn’t bother helping ANY of the people there that had been waiting probably for at least 1/2 hour. Told everyone to leave. I’ve NEVER had anything like that happen, ever. I called the store and suggested that MAYBE they should block the drive thru starting at 6:30 or so if it’s crowded, and take care of the people in line already. THEN go on their lunch at 6:45. Just awful, terrible service

Pharmacy staff is great they need more help. Tired of sitting in a drive thru for 30 mins for one script and I know it’s not their fault I use to work for the company do better.

Honestly, everything about this Walgreens is horrible. The staff that works at the pharmacy is extremely rude. Lied to me about my prescription. My doctor had to call three times to get It filled for me. This is utterly ridiculous. The store never has what they need. Some of the staff is pretty decent but the rest of them it’s ridiculous. If you go to the pharmacy make sure your prescription is right. I felt like I was almost violated, asking why I’m only Picking up one prescription at a time well ma’am, they’re pretty expensive. I can only afford one and she just looked at me and had an attitude seriously this place is ridiculous. Do not fill your prescriptions here.

Doctors send them prescription on the 27th of January. It is currently February 3rd and this prescription has not been filled. We call to follow-up it 3 PM. They advised that it will be ready at 5 PM. When I went, they told me that it's not ready and they have a lunch in 10 minutes, and then I'll have to come back 2 hours for them to have it ready.

This was my go to pharmacy for the past 30 years or more until they implemented this lunch break. Not sure if they used to have better coverage but either pharmacist goes late to help someone and then leaves people waiting after their lunch break or they kick you out in line to waste your time. No communication about when they leave or when they’ll be back. Like signs visible from line would be helpful with updates that they left late or something.
When you’re sick you already deal with waiting at the doctor. Then I called store manager. Zero help. Called customer service and told usually its complaints about being sent away before the lunch break. Then hung up on.
Walgreen’s no longer cares about their customers. Time to go elsewhere.

I recently moved in the area and have to say this is the most unreliable Walgreens I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t open at 10:30 pm, only the drive thru. It could only be if picking up prescriptions . On top of that the hand written sign said it’ll be open at 8am. Very dissatisfied.

Slowest pharmacy in the state. Rude, uninformed techs. Child safety tab on many prescription bottles have been broken off. Not safe. Transferring business anywhere else is necessary to actually receive prescriptions.

This is by far the worse damn Walgreens I have ever been too! Nothing but attitude from the people that work there! You ask questions they run to the back and don’t even bother helping out! This Walgreens’s NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN!!! Worthless or get a new damn STAFF
