“We had an amazing experience working with Mass!! He was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. We get so many compliments on her ring and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We would recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional piece of jewelry!”

“I stopped by today, based on the wonderful reviews, and they didn’t disappoint!! I brought my Mom’s precious watch that I inherited in to determine the reason it wasn’t running. A young man took the watch to the jewelry to see if it might be the battery —he returned with a working watch and handed it to me. I happily got my card out to pay and he said that it was a gift to me —that it was a pleasure to see inside the vintage watch —and to please return again. I was so touched by his generosity, but also that the watch was working that I was a bit weepy driving home. Thank you for the lovely gesture and I will most definitely be back💜”

“I’ve been a customer of Mari Lou’s for over 20 years. The personal customer service is outstanding. The prices are always fair and competitive. I’ve had custom orders designed and the meticulous attention to detail is second to none. The selection and variety is so awesome that I truly don’t go anywhere else for jewelry. This is simply the best jeweler in the Southwest Suburbs!”

“Lisa Walker was exceptional. Come to find out She leads by example I wouldn't have ever guessed with Her personality and The Way She greeted us and handled us that She was the very top person in the store. Yes, the store manager. Lisa's warm and inviting personality made me feel like I had been shopping with Her for years. I'm looking forward to shopping and conversing with Lisa in the near future @ this very location, This was probably one of the greatest experiences I've had since visiting the helzberg, locations. It was also good to see our old friend Glenda 🧡”

“So I had a bunch of nice watches and some old costume watches that I needed batteries in and the technician Jay, taught me so much about washes in a few minutes and was able to replace the battery and a couple of the costume watches very quickly. Definitely returning with the rest of my clock/ watch repairs!”

“Great little store. Love the crystal they have their. Especially in animal figures and star wars figures. But also great looking pieces of jewelry. Plus a great staff. Google other locations in illinois if you want to go to one near you. Great store.”
