They get a 2 only for the variety of dresses they carry. They do not carry many sizes & if you are over a size 10 don't even bother going into the store. THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE, sends the employees out to do the managers dirty work and obviously none of them have any skills or training in how to handle situations when the store is busy. My girls & I left the store to buy their dresses elsewhere. An email was sent to corporate explaining how customers were handled and their time already in the store disregarded. They responded with a 30% off code if used by October because that fixes their managerial issues apparently.

This weekend was the first time my daughter and I shopped at Windsor. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. The selection was vast, the store was clean and very well organized, the employees were welcoming and the prices were reasonable. We went there for one dress and came out with two!

I don’t usually leave reviews but the manager at this location is seriously amazing. She is super respectful, patient, thorough with her work, and so sweet. I didn’t get her name but thank you for the kind service! ?

On mothersday I was the last customer and the Employees had rushed me out the store with what I had just purchased there still inside the Windsor store. Then I reached out to corporate and called the store directly the days following. I even left a message verbally with all my info on the locations voice mail for a manager to reach out to me. I never heard back and assume my purchase was restocked or stolen by an employee. If a manager can’t reach out to customers who are actively trying to reach them, that’s a problem. My mothersday was ruined because I didn’t get to keep my present I purchased from there. Till the end of time, Ima tell everyone how Windsor’s Bad Management ruined my Mothers day. The clothes are not cheap so it is even worse the store kept my purchase.

Found the perfect dress for an upcoming event that said it was available at this location but upon arriving and talking to Alyssa I found out it was sold out in stores. Even though I couldn’t get the dress right then and there Alyssa was able to order the dress online for me and it came just in time for my event! Couldn’t be happier!

So I need to apologize for my mistake. I left my glasses at the Orland Park store and when I looked up the number online I got the Oak Lawn store number. When I called they said they didn't have my glasses and in turn I wrote a review. Someone replied to my review saying they had my glasses. I then called the store who said they didn't have them. I was very frustrated because I couldn't understand what was going on. When I realized the mistake I called the Orland Store who had my glasses and were really nice about holding them. The girl from Oak Lawn also called me back to let me know she called her District Manager and told me I was calling the wrong store. She went above and beyond calling the District Manager and finding my glasses for me. We need more employees like this! Thank you and forgive me for not remembering your name. My memory obviously is going bad.

I went there looking for an all white outfit for an all white party and they surprisingly had a couple choices. I always thought this store was for teenagers looking for prom dresses but glad I stepped in as they have options for adults also.

Called and called like 4 days in a row, after i lost my credit card. No one would return my call. Always out of the sizes of dresses you need.
But on the positive side. The outfits are beautiful.
