“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. Kudos to your Orland Park store and sales girls!”
“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”

“Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”
“Today was my first time shopping at this mall with my mom. We had a horrible experience at Box Lunch that we were literally shaking from and we came to Loft next to finish my mom’s returns. I feel like I’m going to mess up spelling her name, I think she said it was Jojo or Juju, I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure. :,( But anyways she was SO nice. Before even knowing about our experience she provided my mom with great customer service. She then asked how my first experience was at the mall and we told her what happened and she was shocked so I’m glad it wasn’t just us. We did the return and went to get food. We circled back about an hour or two later and she was still there and so was so helpful and pleasant again which was extremely refreshing. I seriously wish every store could have this environment that she provided for us and I work in retail too so I definitely took notes from how kind she was!”

“I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

He literally showed me a range of clothes and even when I did not like the fit on me, he would find another. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. The selection was vast, the store was clean and very well organized, the employees were welcoming and the prices were reasonable. We went there for one dress and came out with two!”
“Quite surprised by this relatively new store.There are a large variety of up to date offerings ( some would say trendy) with very reasonable prices.There are also other stores in this chain in Bolingbrook, Tinley Park and Orland and the very pleasant staff called ? around to find the size I wanted on two items which the other store will hold for 2 days.Worth checking into.”

“I was referred here by my sister in law after purchasing running shoes for her daughter, a collegiate athlete. I decided to give it a try since I am starting to take walking/jogging more seriously and would like to continue doing this long term. I have never been an athlete myself so I really didn't know the first thing about purchasing proper shoes. I have to say that Afana guided me every step of the way. I had no real idea of what I wanted but he was able to assess my needs quite accurately. I went home actually excited to get to the track with my new shoes. I walked my first mile and I can say that I have no regrets about the shoes I purchased. Thank you for all your help Afana! My feet felt great after my walk.”
