I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jessica, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment our interaction began, Jessica displayed a level of professionalism, warmth, and dedication that truly set her apart.
She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but she also made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Jessica listened carefully, addressed every concern with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and thoroughly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such exceptional customer service skills with genuine care and empathy.
Thanks to Jessica, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth, even enjoyable process. She is a true asset to the team, and I hope her hard work and amazing attitude are recognized and appreciated.

Jessica was very easy to work with. She explained the qualities of the different mattresses I was interested in and gave me space to go back and forth between my final choices. I ended up getting half price for a floor model, and I love it so far. The delivery was great. My new bed was set up and the old bed was taken out in less than 5 minutes.

Darrin was great. Very knowledgeable with my wife’s million questions. Highly recommend giving him a visit.
Upon further review…….. it was all smoke and mirrors. They said I would get my mattress by February 9th and with me having to call over and over again, was told the 18th by someone who was just filling in. Ask for a phone call back and was never given one. Now without any communication it is the 26th and they don’t answer their phone. No clue if I will ever receive my mattress but just hoping to get my money back.

Nick at the Oswego store is a great contact to make a mattress purchase! Super informative, no pressure discussion, helped talk us through value trade offs between brands and price points. We made our purchase decision with a single trip!

Michael was great. I went in looking for a mattress for my son and he never pushed me into a decision. He suggested some different types for my son to try and was very patient with us. I now can't wait to get the bed home for my son to use. I would recommend looking here for a mattress.
