My kids and I are customers of the oswego location. The team is always professional and helpful, but I would like to give a shout out to Sarah!! Literally every encounter with her has been awesome! She was sooo patient helping my daughter learn to put in contacts and delivers 5 stars everytime she helps me.

Anna Marie & Joann are complete Awesome-Sauce!! They went above and beyond to get me situated. Dr Wallace was really great too! The staff is very patient and kind.For the reviews saying they have an "attitude", let me say, if you go into an establishment with an attitude you're likely to receive one back.Just saying ??♀️

I had a very nice experience visiting this location. The doctor was very knowlable and easy going through the exam. I felt very confortable with the whole process. He made me feel part of the exame by asking me questions at the begenning. I will go back and see him again!

I am an accreditation surveyor and clinical Director of a busy surgery center. So my review might be a little biased as I have high expectations for medical facilities. Upon walking in, everyone looks miserable and the receptionist who checked me didn’t even know I had a three year paid plan and asked me how I was paying. There was barely any wait time to be seen, I was seen by the doctor right away. I waited for someone to realize I needed contacts. I was given a five day trial of the only brand they have in my prescription apparently because my prescription is too high and they don’t stock anything above six. So when I asked, how long does it take to get contacts and the Lady said two weeks so then I asked what am I supposed to do with a five day supply if the contacts don’t come in for two weeks. She was confused, didn’t know how to answer. Said they would order me more trial pairs when I ordered from them. Let’s play seems like the dollar store of eyecare centers. It’s fine for a quick exam just be prepared for a little quirks like that when checking out. So I will be ordering overnight from 1-800 contacts because it’s nice and simple. If my patients walked into my stuff like that, we would be having a meeting on how to boost our morale and attitudes. In the short time I was there, one lady was talking about responding to bad reviews, another lady told another employee that her own printer works in front of me - God forbid we share printers in the same office. And there was also another discussion about how to improve things in the office while I’m sitting there waiting.

If I could give zero stars, I would !!!We went in on April 14 and the woman at the desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We then received glaring looks from another worker there. We tried to make an appointment and then decided to leave. I don't think I've ever felt that way about a business. I thought because of their commercials on tv that they'd be a top notch place. We left and went over to ForEyes in Oswego. Wow, what a difference! We were treated like royalty there. So glad we found a decent place that actually wanted our business !!!

Frame choice was nice. The optometrist was kind and thorough but the front staff need to be a bit more helpful. I was given very little help after the exam. Left to wander up front until someone finally acknowledged me. There were 4 girls at the time and only one couple shopping for glasses. The ladies who attempted to help couldnt find my insurance. I Was left waiting almost 2 weeks for insurance info which they never called me about I had to call them. Was told there was nothing in her file and waited another 2 days. Get the quote and told it's another 2 weeks from today. Nobody mentioned any wait time at all when I had requested the frames and lenses the first visit. Just not very professional. Will not be returning to this location after I pick up my daughters frames and glasses.

Made my appointment online with a specific time and date (using their online options) a day in advance. I received a phone call less than 2 hours before my appointment stating they do not have a Doctor at their facility today, and they need to reschedule ?.Um, no! I don't play games!!I live 45 minutes away, and took a day off work for this.I will NEVER go back to America's Worst!!

This place SUCKS !! Can't get correct RX nor can they order the correct type of contact lens I want!?!Always pushing ordering their brand which sucks !! So flimsy!!They tear soo easy!

This year, my son and I have both visited America's best. The doctor is friendly as well as the staff. Picking out glasses was a great process with the help of their eyeglass expert on staff. She made the process easy, and I'm glad I took her recommendations. Would highly recommend.

I was a recent walk in to this location and even though I forgot to schedule an appointment I was immediately assisted by the wonderful ladies that worked there. The experience was very hands on and all of my needs were met, along with questions answered. I am very thankful for the top notch customer service that was provided. I would like to give a specific shout out to Anna Marie who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive while assisting me with my contacts and glasses that day. Thank you very much!

This was my first time at America’s Best. Everything went smoothly. It took a bit longer than I expected but the staff and Dr were all helpful and informative. They explained everything thoroughly. I will return to this location for my future eye care needs.

Marcie is an angel— she was so patient in helping out my parents and me today. Dr. Bermel was rude during my contacts exam; perhaps she was in a rush/busy.
