“I needed help cleaning my battery terminals. With with no hesitation, a nice worker came to help me. He disconnected them and cleaned them really well. He was very nice and understanding. It was really appreciated. Having customer service without a person buying anything really says alot about the people O'Reillys chooses to represent their company. Thank you again.”
“Went in to get a front headlight and was helped by a Hispanic young man. He was able to look up what I needed quickly and I was in and out of the business so fast. Came back to see if they could help with a fuse since putting the headlight in with no luck. A man by the name of Timothy helped me out. He was very informative and helpful. Changed a fuse for me and wanted his superior to assist him with just checking out something on my car. He asked the same man who helped with finding my headlight and he told him "We're too busy to look at anything right now". There were three registers going. He was helping a few guys and another Hispanic man was assisting taking customers as well. Timothy told him he would take over if he goes out there and this man still said no and ignored him basically. So the helpful employee Timothy said I'll look online to see if things like this happen a lot in these cars and sure enough they do. I thank Timothy for going above and beyond to help me out. It's unfortunate that his Superior thought that taking a look at my car would be too time consuming. I give that employee a 1 star. He can have better communication skills and be a little more professional. 5 stars for the employee Timothy who helped me out tremendously.”
“Went in around 9:30 at night because my battery died while at work to get my battery checked and purchased a new one. Asked if the guy that checked it could change it and he claimed it would be too difficult for my make and model (2020 Kia Forte). I knew it was late, but I asked anyway. Went in again the next morning and one of the guys there took one look and said he could, which he did in a matter of 10 minutes. I had no issues after either. Shoutout to him for helping me but to the guys that were too lazy, turning people away in a time of need because it’s late and creating a fake reason is totally unacceptable.”
“Normally when I come in it is just a casual purchasing experience.I was greeted when I came in but I was left speechless with the customer service Salvador gave. From in-person to on the phone, a true asset to this store.Most people who have no car experience wouldn't know the difference.I have over 10 years of working couters at AZ and Advanced, giving credit where credit is due.”
