I do not know how this place stays in business. I was told wrong information about a return by Cynthia and Cater who are the store managers. They told me that if I called Best Buy Corpotate and got an approval for a return they would accept my return. After 45 minutes speaking with customer service I took my phone back into the store so Best Buy Corporate could speak to them about approving the return and the General Manager Jody Johnson STILL refused. I had a death in the family and explained that to her multiple times and she still would not even give me a store credit. Now I’m out over $200. Never again!

Salesman was very pleasant and helpful. They had what we wanted and we were in and out in a Very short time.

They don't have a separate line for regular check out and customer service/returns. I went to buy something simple and it took me 20 minutes to pay for it since two people ahead of me were doing returns and looking up info.
What's the point of going in store to get something if you're going to have to wait 20 minutes to check out.

Ypur return policy is why people use Amazon.. 2 days over....
I do not have social media.... you could have had this policy since bestbuy was first opened but Amazon gave me over a month...

I returned a new unopened 32-inch TV and applied the refund to a new 43-inch TV. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Terrible products are always faulty I got 3 amps all messed up they never work and I wasn't made aware of the 15-day return policy so now I'm stuck with a $300 amp that doesn't even work they won't exchange it they won't compromise and this 15 day return should be made well aware of never will be going back to best buy for anything
