I got a dip and a pedi. I brought a picture of what I wanted for my nails for an upcoming wedding. Joe was able to match the picture perfectly!
Had a classic pedicure with Bi, BEST massage I’ve had with a pedicure! Will definitely go to him again.

Filled with rude and disrespectful employees
Stylist: Even with scheduled appointment, Kat was 20 to 40mins behind and when i complained, she and the manager were so rude. They lack good customer service. Will not return

Went today with my daughter for a pedicure, they had me wait and continuously took people who came after me without an appointment. I said something twice and after an hour finally took my daughter and me back. When it was time to pay they charged me for services I didn’t receive. I really don’t know why I keep going back after all my bad experiences there. Once they somehow let them water overfill and spill over onto my $200 uggs and just laughed like it was a funny accident . Another time the guy doing my pedicure was just talking to the guy next to me he cut me so bad it took us minutes to get the bleeding under control.
This will be the last !

My daughter went today and the lady was so rude with her. She requested something specific and the lady looked irritated, was like she was working for free, and my daughter still gave her $18 dlls tip. But she not deserve it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, they charge $80 for French tip and she didn’t do it like my daughter requested. My daughter has social anxiety and she was scared to tell her something about it. The lady looks like in late 40’s and my daughter is only 17 years, why they act like that with teenagers ?? And not even a THANKYOU O HAVE A GOOD DAY when she gave a tip to her. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!

I wouldn't recommend it! They do what they want to do! My daughter wanted blue on her nails I told her blue as well, but the technician decided to use pink and then proceeded to act as if I said something wrong when I decided to speak up

If you don’t have an appointment, don’t even bother going! You walk in they tell you they’ll be right with you in 30 minutes later they still aren’t with you! They don’t even give you an updated time! So many other good places around there that have walk-ins, and will tell you how long it will take before they can get to you and adhere to that time!

my daughter was very excited to go in and spend her paycheck to get her nails done. All she asked for was a full set of acrylics. They charged her for things that she didn't ask for and she ended up paying way more than she ever should have. I called and tried to talk to someone about it and they said all she needed to do was come in with her debit card (since they threw her receipt away without even asking if she wanted it!) She went back on so they could "see" her nails and they did nothing to help her. This is what they consider to be a coffin nail!! (which she didn't even ask for a coffin nail.) and they claim this is chrome? these are the most disrespectful nail techs anywhere! And shame on them for taking advantage of a young woman!!!! Negative 20 stars would be better!!

I have been a customer for some time now. The owner greets me by name which means a lot to me knowing that many people come to the salon. This makes me feel not so much as important but seen. The staff are always friendly. The salon is always clean and bright. Regardless of what services are done, they are always completed to my satisfaction.
