I always came here when I needed my clothes adjusted in size. The previous owner was always on point. Last week I went in needed my waist adjusted nothing major on two different paints same size and the new owner said she could do it for $20 each total of $40. I asked her if she could tuck a little piece of the front it was too long she said ok. I went back to pick up only to find a different lady, I had forgotten my receipt home. She brought my pants out and said I owed them $90 I asked for what she said I don't know. I tried the pants she didn't do the front like I asked they were still as long on the front like before. I told her I would come back when I find my receipt of which I did but she insisted I pay that much without telling Me why. I asked her to call the lady so I can ask when I did she said I did the work its not free. I said if I thought it was free then I would not have gone to look for a receipt. What are you charging extra $50 for she said you asked me to adjust the front I said but you didn't I tried it and it looks the same. And even if you had done that it was less work than the waist and yet you want to charge that much? How did you even come up with this price ? You just dreamt of it?without telling me. These pants were on sale for $17.99 how can I pay $90 for adjust the size the math is not mathing. So since she is so desperate for money she can sell them and making some money. She was so rude like I was just suppose to agree. I know business is tough and so is the cost of living for everyone.

My wife and I have been bringing out business here for over a year now. The work they do is done at a high level and the timing that they provide is reliable and dependable.
All my special requests are acknowledged and executed every single time which is what caused me to move my business over from Tide which is in the same shopping plaza.

She did alterations on my shirt, replaced the zippers on my pillows, and did my husbands dry cleaning on his suits, as well as repaired some buttons and dry cleaned his Thai shirt from our wedding. Everything came out great! Will be going here instead of Tide.

I have been coming here since it was the only cleaners in this part of Oswego, we have used them for everything, basic clothing, comforters, my wedding dress hemming and pressing numerous bride maid dress alterations and who knows what in between! If you need something done that requires a real seamstress check them out, prices are fair but competitive but definitely cheaper than tide next door!

If I can give them a NEGATIVE rating I definitely would!!!!!!!!! The woman whom is the seamstress in this place is absolutely rude, unprofessional, irate and completely uncalled for!!!!! I had two jackets one needed cleaning the other one needed a new zipper. Less than two weeks later the zipper broke and she's yelling and screaming at me and cursing at me telling me it's my fault that I broke it. Are you seriously kidding me. She has got a lot of nerve and a lot of audacity!!!! Save your money do not go there they are a complete joke. How on earth do they run their business like this??? Hope they go out of business they don't deserve to be in business.

My Wedding dress is destroyed ??????????????????? They washed my dress in unfiltered dirty water and the optic white is Gone. The color went from white to Yellow peach. They told me that they had a professional wedding dress cleaner that can clean it and he didn't even read my wedding tag to clean it properly! My dress is worth over $8,000 and was an on the rack which is why I wanted it cleaned. My wedding dress is more than my car! Our wedding is in 11 days and we planned our big day for over a year and a half. And they are saying they won't do anything!!!! I was in Shock when I saw it with disbelief of what they did! What the Hell!
