I have used Delta Sonic car wash and gasoline for acoa couple of years now. On my recent visit to the car wash the person who dried my car, Michael Sanchez, did an awesome job. He took care of my car as if it was his own. I thought you should know he did a professional job. Thanks for the SHINY car.

n an age where good customer service feels increasingly rare, Sonic truly stands out. My recent experience was exceptional, thanks to Jackson Miller, who provided excellent service from start to finish.
The car wash was quick, yet thorough, leaving my vehicle looking pristine in no time. Jackson’s attention to detail was impressive; he even invited us to inspect the car to ensure we were completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to encounter such dedication and professionalism. Leo spent all day on my car and it shows!!! WOW!! Awesome job. He put a gigantic smile on my face and I feel like I’m in a new car. He had to put in extra effort to remove tree sap and his dedication and effort are evident. Well Done. Delta Sonic Oswego is fortunate to have such a dedicated, hard-working professional who takes great pride in his work.

I’ve got my car washed. I had an exceptional gentleman named Jim who did a fantastic job on drying and cleaning my windows and my mirrors. He wiped it down, so good and clean and make sure it was no streaks. He is exceptional. I try to look for him every time, but he’s not always there but I think I gave him a $10 tip or $20 tip. Wanted to two he deserved it he did it very good job.

I have been going to this Delta Sonic for over a year getting car washes and paying at the pump for my fuel. I just went inside for the first time last week. What a great staff of people! I’ll have to visit inside more often.

Jim O did a fantastic job when I had my truck washed after that Jim O was so detailed in ripping down my Avalanche truck which is a big truck and he did it beautifully. Thank you Jim O. Very pleased.

I brought my moms car in to get detailed and it was pretty dirty ngl but Ricky Lavigne i think it was, was the guy who cleaned it for me and it looked great and he was super helpful and respectful, definitely will come back.

We needed a new sticker and the employee that assisted us Mr. Adrian A. was extremely exceptional. Nice, knowledgeable, friendly and articulate. Kind of a rare thing to see such attributes in a young man of his stature. He’s truly an asset to the Delta Sonic Team.

In the past I would've given it five stars but since renewing my subscription they have several of their bays blocked saying employees only but no is every there so now there is always a line out the door for the club. Since I've renewed the subscription I haven't had time to wait in line and some days I just don't have the patience. What is in there is air for your tires, wiper fluid, towels to dry your car, vacuums and what I really want to use is the machines to wash the rugs. Sadly since I'm not using that benefit I might be just as well going to the five dollar car wash across the street that just washes and dries your car. If you just want to run your car through to be washed it does do a beautiful job even on the tires.
