I have been banking with Earthmover for almost ten years and I cannot express enough that I plan to continue banking with them for as long as possible. I've repeatedly chosen to keep my accounts with Earthmover because of the quality of their customer service and overall assistance. Whether it's loans, fraud assistance, or tech support, I've been treated like a friend and neighbor and given quick and thoughtful help by everyone I've spoken with. Today I was assisted with a tech issue by Cricket and Sasha, both of whom were absolutely wonderful. I work customer service- it's hard to be nice to people after a long week, but these two were awesome. Cricket was super friendly and made me feel so at ease about solving my problem and Sasha was efficient, thoughtful, and offered to follow up with me to make sure my problem was resolved after she referred it. I'm grateful to have such wonderful people looking after my accounts and I hope they are treated with the value and commitment they bring to our community!

I’ve been with Earth Movers credit union along time but the couple of times I’ve had them reject my payment and this week
Is the third time doing it. I had never had issues with them until recently. They’re not how they use to be when I first gotten my account there.

My experiences at Earthmover Credit Union are consistently excellent. From the drive-thru to in-branch transactions, to phone inquiries, the customer service I have received is always exceptional, friendly, and efficient! I highly recommend!

Very very disappointed I apply for auto loan my credit is very good have a good income, years and years working to build my credit I never had one late payment in my history and they denied my loan because my credit has been checked way too many times 🤨

The customer service at this location I've banked with for 19 years has significantly declined and now shows signs of discrimination. It's disappointing to see such poor service and bias towards certain customers.

I don't know what to call this place. All I know that is a place whith a lot of people
That don't know nothing about a credit union because nobody is on the same page one tells you one thing and another one tells you something else an as a customer is frustrated.

We've been customers with Earthmover for 15 years and have had good experiences. We got a good rate for refinancing our car loan, good service opening multiple accounts, easy to talk to a real person when calling, online banking works fine, they were able to reverse some account fees, and they have a free coin counting machine so we don't have to roll our coins to deposit them.
I see so many 1 star reviews and I just never had that kind of experience here.

I have been banking with them for over 15 yrs. I think everyone there is courteous and professional. I have never had a rude teller or bad experience with them. I live in Woodstock and still drive there to use their bank .
