Unfortunately, this is now my second time having to file a complaint. The first was because of the quality of the vehicle given to me and the condition in which it was in. I had to make another trip back to Enterprise to exchange it for another vehicle. After getting this other vehicle (Nissan Altima), it was also observed this car had a missing hub cap on the front passenger side with minor fender/bumper damage and a new tire was just installed. I wasn't going to worry about this again, as I just had to deal with this problem previously. The car overall was fine for what I needed it for, however, still not 100% for what I paid for. The car ran fine and no issues, until I went to return it. I was told that there was front damage to the bumper and was asked by Michael (Front desk staff) about what happened. I explained to him the situation that it was there previously and that I had no idea what he was talking about. Also, this so called, "damage" was in the area of the tire that had no hub cap and was just replaced before I picked up the vehicle. The notification for low air in the tire was also on when I received and was told it was ok because they just replaced that tire. I waited 45 minutes to receive the vehicle due to it needing to be cleaned and filled with gas. I was then told to come back inside to speak with the Assistant Branch Manager, Dejah Huffman. This was not the first interaction with her, as I spoke with her to exchange the first car. After the first exchange and after filing the complaint with corporate, she gave me her business card and asked that I do not contact corporate again because it makes her look bad. I am now back filing a complaint because Mrs. Huffman was very unprofessional and rude during my drop off and situation of the damage. I explained to her the issue and even stated that I am now having to deal with this after an initial exchange of a vehicle because of the condition. She told me that I would be held liable and would pay for all damages. I asked for a report of any incidents or accidents for the vehicle, because I wanted to check and see if the replaced tire and missing hubcap were related to the damage of the bumper. She told me that the vehicle has never been damaged or in an accident and refused to provide any documentation. She proceeded to tell me that she would be billing my credit card for the damages. I told her I would contact corporate again and deal with them as this is totally unacceptable. She then began to ask additional questions; however, I no longer would communicate with her because she was argumentative and also on her cell phone texting, while we were in our discussion. As a doctor in the health care field, professionalism goes a long way. In my 37 years of life, I have never been mistreated nor spoken to in such a demeaning way, by a manager. The front desk staff were great and were always smiling and happy to assist. After I left, I received a phone call, and a voicemail was left by Mrs. Huffman. She reported that she let her detailer (who she stated was also a mechanic) look at the vehicle and he determined it was an alignment issue that was created from a previous customer and that I was, in fact, not responsible for the issues on the vehicle. Unfortunately, she had to be rude and did not listen to anything I was telling her, and jumped right to saying, "You will be billed for all damages, and I have no control over that. You are responsible for the vehicle." My experience with Oswego Enterprise was 1 out of 10 and it is very sad that a manager speaks to customers that way. Please note, during all the 3 visits that I made there for this transaction, she was always texting and/or talking to a friend on the phone. Again, very unprofessional. I am still very upset and feel disrespected as a customer who paid for this service and was provided with poor vehicles and poor service. I hope you will look into these issues, and I thank you for your time.

I was at the White Eagle Body Shop due to damage to my personal vehicle. This shop is 10 mins away from the Enterprise. The associate at White Eagle contacted this Enterprise who advised that a driver was on the way with the rental vehicle. This was at 830 AM. After waiting for 1 hour, enterprise finally arrived at 930 AM. They had a car to drive me to my rental. Due to my pregnant wife's doctor's appointment at 10, I did not go. I just left after being picked up by my wife. Unbelievably horrible experience. I do not recommend this place.

One of the worst experiences I ever had renting a car!!! I drop off my car on Dec 1st then They tell me my car will be ready on the 31st, that day lands and I don’t get any update on my car. January 2nd lands and I call, they tell me it’s still being worked on. A week goes by and still nothing. On the day I go return the rental the heavy set lady working the front desk tells me she has to go inspect the rental car first before giving me my car keys. She comes back and tells me the rental is perfectly fine. I ask her if I have to sign anything and she insist on saying “no I don’t have to sign anything” and then I get my keys and on my way, 20 min into driving I get a call claiming the rental has dents and scratches on it. That right there is stupid. She failed to do her job. Now I’m dealing with insurance to get something that’s not my fault get cleared up. We argued for a few minutes but they are content on seeing it their way. For all I know they could have added those dents after I left.

Deja was awesome, it was new years weekend when I came in and it was already getting late because they closed at 12 on Saturday and i got there at 11and she was just so helpful. I thought she was working by herself because I didn’t see her coworkers but i guess they was cleaning the cars. But she handled everything so well. Just wanted to give my appreciation.

My car accident happened a month ago. Enterprise made the rental process so nice and easy! One of the branch managers, Dan has been extremely helpful, kind, and has made consistent effort to make sure I have everything I want/need! start to finish the customer service was excellent

Renting a car from Enterprise in Oswego was the best experience I’ve had for this type of service. I made reservations online a couple months in advance. I picked the car up without any issue and was not pressured with any additional services. I dropped the car off which was also easy. The staff at this facility was friendly, fast, and professional. I was charged exactly what I was quoted online and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely come here again in the future.

Had a reservation for 8:30, took nearly an hour before they had a car ready for me. What's the point of a reservation if you have to wait that long?
