I had an unusual shaped item to ship, so I visited this place. You know "Let our professionals handle it for you" ? Well they had no packing materials, so I had to go purchase bubble wrap and tape, and ended up packaging it all myself. I don't mind if you want me to package my own shipments but don't advertise that you will do it, and not have the required stuff on hand.
