Had a 2:00pm appointment for an oil change. Was told over the phone that I would receive a $19.99 discount (maybe 1st time customer?) and the price would be around $37.00 . I’m here now and it’s going to be $80.69. And they are so busy that my car is still in the parking lot. There weren’t any seats left to sit down except one right by the front door, in the sun away from the TV . I’m sitting here now in the heat and my car is still in the parking lot. It’s 20 minutes after my appointment is supposed to start

I could spend a good deal of time here telling you all about the experiences I've gone through with them, but I won't make you suffer as I did. I will simply say, if it's not for tire services like balancing, aligning, etc., take your car somewhere else. This is not just an opinion; it's a bad experience. Unfortunately, I only learned this after spending $3,500 without solving the problems, but rather creating more. In the end, I had to take my truck to a Chevrolet dealership (something I should have done when the first issue arose), and then the problems were solved in one day. Firestone took three weeks and lots of money for nothing. The front desk support is friendly and kind, but very poor when it comes to electrical and other non-tire related issues.
READ ALL THE REVIEWS other than mine so you can take your own conclusion. I did it but too late.

Came in from out of state and all I needed was my tires checked. They stole my tires and now I'm driving around on rims.

Exceptional experience working with Jacob at the Oswego location. He went above and beyond to help me remove my old lincense plates -- the bolts were rusted beyond repair. He also assisted with installing the new ones. He was kind, professional and helpful. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have my brakes checked out because the above experience was stellar. Thank you Jacob!

Dropped car off on Friday evening for service on Saturday. Didn't hear from them until 1PM. They said they need more time and need to take off the top of engine. So we decided on a day where I can leave car with them the entire day since Saturday was already shot from their not getting to the car first thing that day. So I drop it off on Monday night so they have it first thing on Tuesday. Again, 3PM comes and I have not heard from them. So I call to get an update. The person who answers says they haven't looked at it yet. I asked why not? They said because he haven't. A really disrespectful answer. So there was no way it was going to be serviced so I came in and picked up my car. The manager Chuck has real poor communication with his customers and needs to really tighten things up. I gave that location thousands of dollars over 15 years. It is time to move on

Very poor service!! Made an appointment for 9am and left my car for 8:30am. I called around 1pm to see if I can pick up since nobody has called the guy said “we haven’t got it in yet” I asked well should I call back in a hour? He said he’ll call me before they close at 5pm. UNBELIEVABLE I made an appointment and still they don’t know when they’ll get my car in? Should’ve gone to bell tires instead.

Took 8 hours for front brakes (instead of 1), even with an appointment. Also, over priced ($650). Won't be returning. ??

Highly disappointed with level of service. Had to make multiple trips for the same issue; and each time issue became worse. Very frustrated with inconsistency and lack of understanding on part of personnel. Would recommend other tire retail stores/ vendors. Do not waste your time nor hard earned money when there are some many more efficient operators to choose from.

my appointment is at 10am for a tire alignment..its 11:20 and my S.U.V has not been moved inside...very disappointing,and unprofessional...I am very dissatisfied with the Firestone service in Oswego illinois...
