Called to check on availability of an item and was told on the phone, that yes they had a couple in stock, when I arrived to the store and asked a employee in the area, they weren't sure exactly of what the item was, then Proceeded to check there system, then said yes they had it in stock, checked multiple locations and did not have it.

What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.

We just moved to Oswego and have been in this Home Depot several times already. Every time that we go people are exceptionally friendly. If I ask where something is, most of the time they walk me right to where the item is. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent this store.
