Never have my size in stock. Always we can order it here and ship it. If I wanted to order it online I would do it from home and not waste my gas or time to drive to the store.

The ladies that work at this location are the best in the world! I’m one of those people who buys clothes online and doesn’t like to shop. But both of them were very helpful and nice! They were the only two working and they were patient . They looked for everything for me from the bras to clothing and it was a store full of people and no one was neglected. If you want professional kind attention, patronize this store in Oswego.

Sadly I have to give them one star. I'm so very disappointed. I picked out something that happened to be on the clearance and they said I can't return it. I told him I haven't tried it on because I'm handicapped and this is something that I do at home. I asked if they could make an exception and they simply said no. So I'm not really happy with them. I've never experienced this at any other Lane Bryant. Looks like it's only them. But the other stores in Naperville and Wheaton are absolutely incredible. Especially when someone has a handicap.

The sales people were perfect, offering just enough help without hovering. My cousin and I have both lost weight so we tried on a variety of sizes and.a ton of clothes, but they were very accommodating including finding me a chair to browse the racks since I am recovering from a knee replacement.. can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Renara (I am so sorry if I am spelling her name wrong) is the nicest employee ever. She remembered me from over 6 years when k came into the store ONE time. She is so sweet I will definitely be back to this location because of her. Exceptional employee.

Oh my goodness!! We went in later evening (8/19/23) and the checkout girls were so incredibly patient and kind with us. I'm still not totally convinced August and Kaylee were not angels in disguise! They were so sweet and made great conversation with us. Have always liked this store and they made me love it even more. Amazing girls amazing store amazing products!!!

I had a mother-daughter day with my 31 year old daughter and she wanted to buy some cloths at lane Bryant. At the Oswego store Shirley treated us like royalty. She was helpful with measuring and gave such good advice on the right fitting of cloths. They had a good sale and my daughter was happy with her purchases. The store was also clean. I needed to use the restroom and was allowed to use the one in the back without hesitation. At other stores they say they don’t have a public restroom. We were so comfortable shopping at lane Bryant Oswego that we’ll return.
